Don't recommend this place at all. Plugged in my Xbox and was charged a 200 fee because it isn't allowed and asked where is that in the policy and the assistant manager said it was a lie and apologized. Asked to speak to manager and she said the same thing but still charged a 200 damage fee because I touched there cable box to plug in an xbox. Never provided policy of this or signed anything stated I wsd held liable for por 200 dollars

My family and had a great stay at this Springhill Suites Marriot! The staff is amazing. They are all warm, friendly, helpful and all with smiles on their faces. Definitely one of the best experiences at a Marriott! Good fitness room open 24/7. Good breakfast. Loved their fresh lemon and lime water- it’s the little things too that make a stay even better and they nailed it :) Everything was clean including the room. This staff and location is 5 out of 5 stars all the way!

We 100 percent recommend this location.The breakfast staff, especially Gina, went out of their way during our 8 night stay to accommodate our needs and our grandchildren's as well. They kept the breakfast items filled until breakfast hours ended. The breakfast buffet was kept clean and spotless. Gina and the staff were so kind to my grandchildren. The staff at the front desk was also exceptional and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the cleanliness in the rooms. I felt really comfortable and at home and that is hard for me at alot of hotels. I will definitely stay at this location during my next visit to Fayetteville to see my grandchildren.

Room 306 was clean and spacious. Bed was real firm if you’re looking for a softer bed this isn’t it. The only issue was the shower door. The hotel may need to get there engineering team to put the right door on the shower because water goes everywhere on the bathroom floor when taking shower. Overall a great place to stay.

The staff was so wonderful from the moment that I walked in. The lady that checked me in was training another employee, and she was doing a wonderful job! My room was wonderful. It was clean and roomy! This will definitely be where I stay on my future trips to Fayetteville.

Clean, comfortable and safe. Kids liked the breakfast. Very accommodating when I asked for top floor. Plenty of parking. Family often stay here when they come into town and I stayed here New Year’s Eve. Couldn’t get the air to be comfortable. It was either too hot or too cold but that could just be user error on my part.

My stay here was great! Nice size room. It was very clean. It was very close to Fort Liberty so that was a plus. The front desk staff was very helpful upon check in. There is a continental breakfast and the food wasn’t bad at all. There is also a bar(although it wasn’t open) in the lobby with plenty of seating. If I’m in the area I would stay here again hands down.
