This Trailer Company is Terrible. I needed a food trailer for my coffee business. I thought everything was good to go. They were good at the start. The trailer needed to be Aluminum on the inside. I asked them it did not state there is aluminum on the contract. They reinsured me it was part of the package. Once the trailer was completed. I asked for photos to make sure the aluminum was not on the walls. They kept ignoring me. I had to put 25percent down just to get it started. Once i got there they said take it or leave it. I needed a trailer. Later I had to spend more money to get the trailer done. They are not respectful and or reputable people. I would not trust them. Snake Oil only here. Please be careful. If you got something nice from them.. Congrats.. But they are not safe to work with. Do not take their word for nothing.

The absolute worst business ever. Rude salesman and high prices. Go to Leonard trailers on Raeford Rd. for a great deal. Very costumer friendly and have exactly what you need at a very good price. Don’t even waste your time or money with these people.

Hard to get answers and a lot of promises were made that were not kept.Ordered a trailer and we were told 6 to 10 weeks for delivery. Turned out to be more like 28 to almost 29 weeks for delivery! Even had to pay more then what was originally quoted. Got the trailer home and the concession window began to fall apart. :(

DO NOT REMOVE MY POST!! Everyone has the right to know that your company in unethical!!! My son purchased a trailer and this his his experience!!Bought a trailer in NC back in Aug 2022 (New) made by Douglas Trailers. Only used twice and one of the leaf spring bracket welds separated for frame.“Understandable things happen so no big deal warranty will cover it right?”NOPE…ONLY IF YOUR IN GA.So bad weld, breaks and the only way it can be fixed is if I pay to have the trailer; trailered down from NC to GA in order to have repaired at their facility. Keeping in mind, the same facility the bad weld came from originally.They are not willing to cover the repair bill to have it done locally, and they will not pay for transport of trailer to and from their facility for repairs.They claim top quality that can be trusted but not willing to help out on making a warranty item right unless it’s local and convenient for them.Is it really to the point where expecting integrity and value from a company competing for your business isn’t expected and held to the same standards they would expect to receive from a hefty purchase like this one?If you would be so kind to help me spread the word about the value this fine company brings to the table for their customers.Thank youM.M.

Bait and switch! DO NOT BUY HERE! I called on a Saturday and gave a deposit on an enclosed trailer. The salesman sent me a quote and invoice to my email. That Monday, I drove 10 hours from south Florida all the way to North Carolina and magically, the quote increased $500!? He even had the same quote I was sent on his computer and still insisted I pay the additional $500. I had absolutely no choice but to buy the trailer so I paid the extra $500 since the salesman there refused to honor the agreed and documented price. Then, I called corporate HQ in Tampa but they will not return my calls. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY! I wonder if the $500 made it's way into the salesman's pocket!

If you are looking for customer service and to receive your trailer in a timely manor, THIS is not the place for you. I ordered a trailer from Richard Hernandez in Fayetteville. He seamed to know what he was talking about. I gave him a cash deposit for the trailer. He gave me a date of 4 to 6 weeks. On the 7th week no call no trailer so I am calling for a update. Now answer no return call. I call back 2 day later to try again. No answer no return call. So I start calling other stores. I get a guy Chris in Florida. He was very helpful. I found out from him my trailer hasn't even been started and no start date to see. This is 7 weeks now. I wait another month and I have to call Richard again. Left message again sent him a email as well. 3 days later I get a email from him telling me the trailer will be soon but no date. So I wait another 6 weeks or soo. I have to call again because it isn't like anyone from there will give updates or anything. After a week of trying to get ahold of Richard I call Chris again. And Again He is helpful but nothing new. At the 5 month mark I am very upset because I don't have a trailer and cant even get a call back. I finely find Richards boss and thing I can get somewhere now. Nope Frank Glavan was no better at all. He did look into my trailer. Promised me a week and half I would have the trailer after I agreed to a different color. After 2 and a half week I am calling again looking for my trailer cause neither will call me. I had to call and leave a message on both there voice mails daily for 4 work days before I fondly got a call back from Richard. He asked if I wanted to cancel at this point. I said yes and asked when I should get my deposit back. His answer is I DONT KNOW. really? worst place ever stay away.

We ordered a 8.5x28 closed trailer October 3, 2020, given an estimated delivery of 4-6 weeks. After some expected delays-supply of metal and wood, change in color of trailer...our salesman Richard Hernandez just quit returning phone calls, answering texts or emails. We drove 2 hours to Fayetteville today. I was actually surprised that the business existed, had begun to wonder if we had been scammed. As there is no real idea as to when Snapper will be able to, if ever, deliver a trailer, we requested and were issued our deposit back by Josh Herber who was working today.

RUN AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEThey will talk to you one time if you do not buy at that time you will never hear from them again. There is no customer service at all. I have tried dealing with snapper trailers for about two months with no communication from the sales department. There are a lot of trailer dealers out there so do your self a favor and buy at another dealer.

Let me start off by saying TURN AROUND fast. you are going to make the biggest mistake of your life!!!!! I went to Snapper trailers and drew up a contract with specifics; important details. We sat down and spoke about the trailer that i was purchasing and specifics, to only find out in the end that certain things were not on the trailer. they are Crooks they will definitely leave you upset and super angry, ? they will tell you a finish time of no longer then 3 months, look to get it in 10 months or longer, when you get it and it doesn't have what you ordered in it, thay will tell you that they are a third party and to call the makers in Georgia.... save yourself the trouble and go somewhere els. you will be kicking yourself in the a** later.... SNAPPER TRAILER IN FAYETTEVILLE DONT GO!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Bought a $9k trailer. Had issue 15minutes after leaving business. They told me to take it mfg. 7hrs away to take care of issue. Did not hear from them after that. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Very Unprofessional, I delt with Richard for over a month, All i needed him to do was send an invoice on letterhead so i could purchase. He did not, He does not want to sell trailers. Go to Trailers Plus, they are the best. Better Quality trailers, I ended up with an Empire, Built Great, big difference in quality.

Richard was very knowledgeable in every aspect of all his products and helped me find what I needed. Josh was also very friendly and kind. The transaction was quick and thoroughly explained and we were in and out in no time.
