My husband needed a pair of shoes for work tomorrow and we stopped at this location at 10 minutes to close. This would have been plenty of time for a man to grab a pair of shoes and be out the door by closing. When the employee saw him walking to the door she jumped up and locked the door as he was grabbing the handle. The door said they close at 6 however it was 5:50 and she locked the door in his face and then looked at him and shrugged. If you want to the store to close at 5:50 then put that on the door not 6. To make it worse she was out of the parking lot before we were. This is a poor reflection of this stores ability to provide good customer service and their ability to enforce procedures for their employees. We won't be returning

DO NOT WORK THERE!!!!!! Last week I was off for 2 days (Sept 5&6). The next day I show up to work to open, a district manager from another store is there and said my district manager told her to tell me to turn my keys in (she didn't know why herself). I never got a reason, not even a heads up from my manager or anything. I still don't know why I got fired. I'm sure whatever the issue was could've been solved with a simple conversation a/o warning. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend anyone to work there. They care more about their image and products than the well being of their employees and clearly can't handle things in a professional manner.Update: So I finally got the reason. Apparently employees can't use loyalty points but no one told me that. And when they came to the store to try to talk to me about it (they came on one of the days my manager scheduled me off) someone told them I was a "no call no show" and fired me. I tried to explain that it wasn't true but they told me it still stands. You could've reached out, explained xyz and why we can't use them and just gave a simple warning/ write up to not do it again. Very unprofessional and shady. I don't recommend ANYONE to work there please.

I don't even a a heads up from my manager or anyone in that matter, I'm blind sided by this. Whatever the issue was could've been resolved with a simple conversation a/o warning and I didn't even get the courtesy of that. I don't recommend anyone to work there. They're unprofessional and don't care about the well being of their employees.

I ordered shoes online. Shoe Shoe shoes claimed they were in the store and they were not.I may never trust online orders from Shoe Show again. Untrustworthy with a capital U!!!!!! This is the second order messed up.The first time I was sent the same shoe in 2 different sizes instead of sending the other pair of shoes that I ordered.Messing up orders seems to be a practice for Shoe Show online orders.

Online said they closed at 6pm but they locked the doors at 5:30pm and stated it was in store policy that they could close 30 mins early to “clean “ which according to corporate was not true . Will not becoming back . Majority of the reviews are bad anyways .

Definitely not going back to this location. Unprofessional and don’t know how to run a store. The staff was sitting down not assisting anyone and talking on their personal phones. The system supposedly froze and the girl rudely opened the door and told everyone that they have to leave without explaining anything. That may be policy but they hire absolutely anyone these days with no customer service skills.

Today I came into the store to get my child some shoes, instead I got a disrespectful employee who wouldn't even let me get my question out before cutting me off because she was too worried about getting back to her phone call. Absolutely terrible customer service. Then when I went back to tell her about being disrespectful she started to mock me in front of the other customers and followed me out waving at me and mocking me. Do better about choosing who works for you.

I went in here to find a particular shoe because online it said it had it in stock in my size I looked around looked around I did see the shoe of course it was on the wrong box wasn't my size but I asked the lady was she able to help me and then I thought about it like are you on break and she said yes and I said never mind and she said okay so I proceeded to go to the front of the counter where the guy was playing on his phone the whole time I was in the store and I asked him about the size and he said whatever is up there that's what size we had and I assisted to tell him that the size was not even on the correct box he still did not even try to help me so I politely to the shoe back to where I found it and walked out the store and of course he's still playing on his phone
