Avoid this location at all costs. Drive anywhere but here. We have lived here for a year and hate this is the only option. The customer service, lack of items on shelves, and dirty store is awful. Just walk in once and you will understand. I would cancel my membership but we bought our tires here, which is another fiasco.

Curbside pick-up here is absolutely the worst. I have never waited less than 25 mins for my order. Even today the 8am pick up I was the ONLY car there from 8 to 8:15 and I still waited 20 plus minutes. Also, today was a first, where they cancelled ALL the meat I ordered and didn't have the common courtesy to say these items were not there.
Might have to try BJs or Costco.

Me paying for plus membership and having to wait multiple times for pickup order 25 plus minutes is terrible. To add insult to injury Fran and Debbie two of the employees who have no customer service skills at all. Very rude staff not apologetic at all. Call the number and nobody answers. However these 2 staff asked very rudely why we did not call the number on the app after waiting so long. Short staffing is not an excuse. If it will cause delays in pick up then just freeze pickup orders for those certain shifts that coverage is scarce. They email you after taking the survey, but with no resolution because the problem is still happening and the staff is still very rude, they have no sense of urgency or time management. Poorly ran establishment where some of the poor staff should be held accountable.

Literally the worst Sam’s Club i’ve ever been to! Avoid placing pick-up orders because you’ll end up waiting 2+ hours for your order. Staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful. Try going to another Sam’s Club if you want a better experience.

They don't serve well and the girls at the entrance are racist that's why I'm not there anymore. Because one time they didn't let my husband in. That because of the card he carried. Was not. To enter at that time they were charging 10 dollars to enter to be shopping. That's why we don't go anymore
