Over priced clothes. Better off going to Walmart or Target or better yet Rose's.. And get new w/o rips, stains., or a funky stench.

The prices are as high as new retail. I was just in there this week and pants are 9.99, shirts are 6.99, and there furniture is upwards of $39.99 for a very stained chair. Go to Walmart or 2nd Chance Thrift Store.

I shop in Michigan where I am from but, visiting my ailing father in Fayetteville North Carolina I was shocked!
The prices were double from what is expected for Most People at a Salvation Army or any second hand store for that matter!
I offered to pay $45.00 cash for a used jacket that they had a $69.00 price on. Unbelievable!
They said no it's $69.00.
I told my father let's go! We put everything back and left!

Easy to make donations. Friendly employees. Do not make you feel bad about donating a bunch of stuff unlike other donation centers…

Very good store. I needed a decent jacket for a formal occasion, but I was almost broke. I found the jacket I needed for $3.00. Nobody knew it wasn't from a department store.

Worst attitude in the world outrageous prices organization that is ment to help people that's less fortunate and truly has items that are close to new pieces will never go back and that's a fact would not recommend to anyone keeping it ?

It was great. I just think when someone donate free item it should not cost as much as regular on sale clothes at a store. High price on the items.

Yesterday I donated some items to the salvation army for the first time. The gentleman at the donation door was very polite and helpful he explained to me how I could get furniture picked up from my home for donation and the young woman behind the counter was polite as well. Goodwill just lost a customer. I'm telling all of my friends and family about the salvation army. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Very unorganized and cluttered. No dressing rooms. They were mopping the sales floors in the middle of the day.
