The Safelite in Fayetteville was GREAT! I had some work done in Montgomery, AL, that was sub-par, and the Fayetteville team came out to do the warranty work. They were super accommodating and did a great job. They came out to me, even on base, and got me fixed up even though the tech had to deal with some crummy weather. I readily admit that I was frustrated with the work done in Montgomery, and the Fayetteville guys saved the day!

Very poor customer service. Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 and service agent told me it would be 3 hours. Never got a call back or update. Called back around 4:30 and was put on hold until closure at 5:00. Now I gotta take time off of work because my car isn’t ready. Pretty disappointed.

After 6 months the windshield distorted and is hard to see out of. Took back for warranty. They said it was a film and warranty won't cover it. Well took it to ALLSTATE glass and they cleaned the windshield. Said the glass was defective. Guess I have to Lawyer up. Safelite warranty is fraudulent.

Service that day was good however I paid for new windshield wipers and received the following. Now I have to rearrange my schedule to go back and get what I paid for.

I made an appointment via the corporate call center, but it and another customer’s was not properly entered or forwarded. Small chip, and despite the confusion Hershel made things right. Corporate needs to take care of franchises like Hershel takes care of customers.

This location is the worst very unprofessional and techs apparently don’t know what they’re doing. I went to this locations because of a crack in my windshield from a rock. However the day that I arrived for my appointment they got truck back. I stayed in the area because they said it would be long.
Within 30 minutes the guy calls and says it’s ready I walk back over. The tech greets me and starts to explain that the wrong windshield was order. And that I would have to come back for another install and hands me part of my camera and says it wont work until I get the new install.
A few weeks go by I come back again for the second time for my scheduled appointment...Waited for about 3-4 hours finally got my new windshield cameras will be working I'm excited. While checking out I asked the did everything go well?
He tells us so we didn't have to put a new windshield in. What happen was your bracket
was put in incorrectly the first time but everything is good to go now. Not even a seven days go by and it had been raining for a few days. While taking my daughter to work water is coming in from the windshield.
So at this point I’m calling insurance snd Safelite and they tell me bring it in wednesday. And today is Monday at this point what am I supposed to do because it’s supposed to rain again. They tell me to drop it off . I drop it off the manager Sam comes out rude and unprofessional not once did she apologize for the Inconvenience.
I then asked her What about the water damages or stains or even mildew smell?
And she says we will do what we can here
or Schedule it for detailing. Because the cloth on the passenger side of the top door is wet and stained as well as the floor.
Hours go by not one call from them to pick my truck up they sent a email. The next day i go to pick it up still not sure if it’s done correctly until it rains. But the crazy part about it all is they only vacuumed the passenger floor it still has the water stain and still smells..
They should've scheduled it to be detailed and they should’ve also called me. But they failed to do that as well. I would never recommend this place its obvious safelite isn't so safe.
And when having an unprofessional leader what can you really expect from the staff?

Service was fast and cheap, and the results were just that. I called the day of the windshield crack (from a rock hitting it),they came out the next day. It started as a 1/4” spot (November 2023), and now within the past week has started cracking significantly (April 2024) 8” straight crack. I wouldn’t trust them because the warranty response was worthless and basically they can refund my whole $80 towards a new windshield… ?
