Rudy’s has been an exceptional place I’ve delt with in the past but even better recently. They have saved me over $ 700.00 because of their integrity!! I recently purchased a 2013 ford explorer limited edition and took it into Rudy’s to have an automatic start put in when I was told it was a feature that my vehicle already had. That saved me $370.00! He showed me how to use it with my key! Then two days ago when I called Batteries Plus to inquire about a battery for my key they said it would cost me $350.00 because after purchasing the battery I would have to have the key reprogrammed. When I called Rudy’s they said the battery would cost $10.00 and that the key doesn’t have to be reprogrammed. So the integrity of Rudy’s saved me another $340.00!! I thank God (Jesus) there are still business that operate with integrity like Rudy’s!!?????!!

Went into this establishment with some of my buddies and was asking questions. One of my friends cracked a joke and it was obvious it was that. The bald guy behind the counter was rude and asked us to leave with no explanation which was fine. Even though we where from out of state. We did have means of getting weapons sent to our home state. I was all to buy a few weapons and have them sent. They did have a great selection. They where very over priced compared to others. Hope he didn't work off commission. Would not recommend this place.

Went in looking to purchase the same leather holster i bought from them a few months ago and their employees provided poor customer service. I RECOMMEND you spend your money elsewhere because they sure don’t deserve it.

If they tell you to be there at 4 and a strip of window tint will take about 45 mins don't plan on it or around it. If another customer is late you wait, until whenever.

I was not asking for special treatment. I was asking for my item not to be taken to the back out of my sight, which is basic safety. And it's was a coincidence that after I bring out proof of gia credentials, was it offered that my piece be taken to "the back" cheers

Went to Rhudys after several other shops and dealerships had no fix for the issue with my truck. Mike and the techs took time to diagnose instead of just trying to make a buck off a customer. Honest men. They earned a customer that day.
