Perfect experience. Came in for new tires and alignment. Was in and out without an appointment in 1 1//2 hours. Front desk workers were extremely friendly. Manager was walking around checking on people. This place is well run. I’ll be back. No pushy sales either.

Be careful, this is Blacks Tires now. The service is bad, and the lady up front is extreamly rude. Find a different small business shop

Walked in and noticed everything had changed. Looked and smelled like a tire shop. Then realized that Blacks Tire had this location. Very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Took my car here almost 3 years ago for not having no breaks! Told me it was my pedal so had it changed, still didnt work! needed a master cylinder, abs module so i got it!Was told it didnt work so they was gonna have one made!3 years later still no breaks! all i got was my car destroyed, windows was busted out for over 3 years, my car inside is covered in mold, deep scatches on my hood, looks like the passenger side ran across something and left damages! On top of that it caught on fire as soon as i finally got it home!Fire dept and i found rags stuffed in the moter under the master cylinder which was leaking break fluid and ignited!They also waited until Blacks took it over, didnt even inform them on what was going on with my car..Ive been going to poncho for years because ive known him all my life and have never had any issues with any of my vehicles, so i dont have a clue why he allowed this to happen i cant even understand it!..Ive tried several attempts to contact poncho and trying to get ahold of the owners to inform them on whats going on with no luck.. But i did have to file police reports for the damage because it's basically a total loss!..The new owners are great tho they have been a big help on trying to get this resolved.. I appreciate you!

took my care to this place with poncho in 2019 for break issues they changed my breaks sent me home! still no breaks! changed the break pedal and pump still no breaks. Then its the master cylinder so ponch said leave it with him until we get it fixed! i brought him 2 master cylinder's in whivh he said neither will sync to car.all while he left my car out over night and all my windows got busted out! He said he would take care of it and said he was going to have a friend of his build a cylinder just for my car and it takes time! a year went by and im calling and calling and he keeps saying he still waiting and trying to get to it. Again im calling and calling.. finally after 2 years and some chang he said its ready breaks are good just waiting on a window should be next week! i said great do the inspection so i can update the tags.. again im calling and calling keep gettin the window excuse, he would also put other people of phone to come up with excuses for him.. now its been 7 months after my new tags and the company was sold and he said nothing. The new owners wasnt even aware of my car i had to call around and find it! i finally got my car back after 3 long years. Yet no Breaks, inside my car is covered in mold, cig burns on the roof,greasy hand prints all over about 20 gallon water jugs, big dents and scratches all in diff spots on my car looks like it scraped across something on the passenger side all the way down, duckt tape all on the back, front bumper almost off and on top of that finally made it home with no breaks and it catches fire.. fire dept came and we found rags stuffed near the axel and master cylinder which egnited due to break fluid leaking.. so yea i went threw all that to have my breaks fixed.. im now in the process of finding mrs.Kelly raynor and family or co owners so i can let them be aware of whats going on. Poncho should be held accountable for what he done and the company.I deserve to be paid for my car. Now im left with nothing ! Trusted Poncho and Raynor tire to fix my Breaks and all they did was destroy my property.Had to file a police report and so much more i really hope the owners see this and reach out!

They do alignment, oil change, inspection, brakes, tires, and minor repairs they do most of everything and they charge not to much I liked that manager very nice he explains everything.
