I had a great experience at this location recently. I had to have documents notarized and the public notary in there was awesome. He was so helpful with everything including answering my questions regarding my documents and getting some items shipped. Probably some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. And I let him know that.
The planet needs more people like this.

Please save time and package, and DON'T USE THIS PLACE. I wish I had read the reviews before using this shipping business.
And good luck with getting a receipt.
Many shipping places often have customers in and out and out turning stuff in, but not this place; you will likely not see anyone around; this is a warning sign that many know how bad this place is and are wise to avoid it. I wish I would have known better.
So PLEASE do yourself a favor, don't jeopardize your package, and GO somewhere where they know what they are doing.
If you don't believe me, just read the reviews and draw your own conclusions.

Be careful shipping large items here. We went with a local shop that supported Veterans to ship an espresso machine to Texas. While the irreparable damage that was done was not this shop owner’s fault, he did not claim more than $100 for insurance for this item when my husband clearly wrote $4000.
Because of this, FedEx would not pay him more than $100 and Qwik Pack & Ship refused to replace the item or give the value of it. He sent money orders to our residence that did not even cover the amount of shipping we paid for the espresso machine. We’re about to take this to court, but it’s ridiculous it’s going to this level.
ENSURE you take pictures of everything before you send, during the packing, and of whatever is written by the person packing your item there.

Everytime I go in here I have never lefted upset in anyway. He is one of the sweetest people I have met. He helps you figure out what you need and what the best plan of attack is. Will continue to go here. Thanks again for all your help and positively.

Edit to add: The package was received empty. The manager has not been of any service since I made him aware of this. I fully believe he is partially responsible for this or knows exactly what happened to this package. I gave him the benefit of the doubt against my better judgement. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!I shipped out an expensive item from this place and it seemingly got lost in transit. I called and spoke with who I'm assuming is the manager, even though the situation was out of his hands, he was so helpful and so nice. He answered every time I called and was patient with me and answered my many questions. He also called me back as soon as the package was found and updated in the USPS system.

Avoid this business!! We walked in with a package to send and a man came from the back and, with a total attitude, he said "Yes?" He was super rude! We told him we needed to send a package and I showed him the label. He wouldn't even look at it and said "Where?" with an eye roll. I held up the label and he said " I don't do that here. That has to go to the United States Post Office." I said " The door says United States Postal Services." He said "Yeah serviceS" Really!?! It would have been fine if he was helpful but he was nasty. Don't waste your time with this place!

If I could leave -0 stars I would, does not except UPS Amazon returns. Today the short bald man behind the counter conveyed this to me in the most unprofessional way. The location on Gillis Hill in the Walmart plaza accepts all. And the customer service is always great. I will go out of my way to never patronize this business again.

A couple of days ago I walked into this shop and was waiting for his service because he was with two other people while working with the two people he asked what I wanted I told tell him I wanted one copy of the page I had the man told me to proceed to the computer and print out the paper there since he was busy. When I asked him how much I owe him he told me I owe him $2, when I told him that that price was a bit extreme he told me you made a copy on the computer, I told him you told me to make the copy in the computer, then he proceeded towards the shredder and I asked him what are you doing ? and he told me I'm shredding the paper since you are complaining about the price. Since I was in desperate need of this copy I paid the $2 but will never go to his shop simply because the way he handled the situation and for him trying to rip me off. Now that I see the reviews on this store and his rating I understand why. I've never experienced someone doing such a thing and simply being so rude.

Mr. Taylor is always so helpful and easy to work with. I have worked with him consistently for about 8 months to ship multiple packages and he is always willing to help not only with the shipment but with packing the items and fit the boxes accordingly. Cannot recommend enough!!
