To start, I want to share that my spouse and I spent nearly a month searching for a vehicle, and every dealership we visited had outrageous extra fees on the cars we liked. However, Lafayette Ford Lincoln was a breath of fresh air. They offered clear pricing without any pushy sales tactics, and the warm welcome we received truly embodied southern hospitality from the moment we walked in. Our sales representative, Jenni, was the first female car salesperson we had ever encountered, and she was fantastic—so kind, helpful, and straightforward. We felt more at ease at this dealership than we ever have before. A huge thank you to Jenni and the entire team at Lafayette Ford Lincoln; we are absolutely thrilled with our Lincoln Aviator!

I originally was looking for one particular car and found it at this dealership. I was in contact with Charles, who then answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very helpful. The day I went to look at the car I was not as much a fan of it in person. Charles met with me that day and showed me a few different vehicles that I may also be interested in. I then told him about my dream car (ford explorer ST) and he said they just got one in but it was getting maintenance work done on it and that it may not be ready to show. He went to check if it was available and to our surprise it was!! I knew from the moment I got in the car that this was it! Charles was very helpful and kind through the entire experience and then Gene in financing was great as well! Overall great experience!

I've dealt with LaFayette multiple times through the company I work with and they are always great whether it's sales or service. Keith Matthews is a top-notch sales associate who really cares about his customers and does his best to meet their needs. I wouldn't want to buy a vehicle from anyone else!

Horrific service experience! My truck was towed to the dealership by AAA on a Tuesday morning and I arrived Wednesday afternoon after not hearing from anyone. Surprisingly, there was nothing in the computer stating my truck was ever input into the computer for service(they literally lost my vehicle). I had to call the tow truck driver who told me who the intake person was and that my truck was parked on lot 37, their service men had no idea was even there. Finally, getting my truck entered into the computer for service, I was told that my vehicle would be ready on Friday. I never heard from them again (after leaving multiple messages)until I showed up in person on Wednesday and was told they needed a few more hours to complete the work and to do a road test. I received a call that afternoon to pick up my truck. After a service bill of $4800, I arrive home to find that the dust cover was in my back seat! I travel to this dealership from an hour and a half away and I refused to drive back to have them put it back. I had to contact the manager who agreed that this was unacceptable and a mobile technician was sent to my home to put the cover back on. Disappointed is an understatement. The type of service I received from Lafayette Ford was awful!!!Needless to say, I will NOT be using their facility in the future.

They were the only place that said they could repair what was called a parasitic draw ..very complicated having to do with PCM modules ,battery, the electrical bus Panel .....ended up replacing the entire electrical bus panel. the next day my windshield wipers wouldn't work they wanted to charge me a $1000 to have the windshield wiper steering column module replaced when I believe it had everything to do with the original repair.

I recently took Ford Bronco in for recall -with something with the tires then shortly after took it in for an oil change - I was told that the lock for my lug nuts was not in my car, Was told they possibly had it at the service location (different garage - same parking lot) - called over they said they did not have it. I don't take my car anywhere else to be serviced. Was promised a call back - of course I did not get one. Was promised they would order me a new one but it would have to come from the service department - someone would call me - NOPE no call back no nothing

Travis did a great job on getting my MKX Lincoln serviced and also getting me a car to drive. Julie was a great help too. My car cut off on me on Hope MillsRd.but it started back up. So I called Travis and he said to come in and they will have me a car to drive the next day. I appreciate Travis and Julie what they did for me.

Very friendly. Worked hard to get me in a truck. Have a small business that I work out of the house so it is very convenient with their valet service that I can continue to work at home while they pick up my truck, fix it than return it.
