Great staff just needs at least one person dedicated to the aquatic area. Great pricing on fish, plants and equipment. I do buy my dog food from them too. Good selection of fish and plants. They also have Vibra bites which is honestly hard to find

Great fish selection, staff is young but knowledgeable, prices are on par, better than Petco, Petsmart or aquarama, but the manager is completely incompetent, rude and condescending towards customers and her employees, not sure about her name, but it's the middle aged lady that hides when you ask a question and talks like a teenager.

Management very unprofessional, fish have 7 days return and they definitely don’t last long. Return process very difficult considering you need to prove them your water is perfect and they need your water sample to check in order to make return more then once even they fishes are unhealthy. Make sure when you buy fish there separate them for 2 weeks if you adding in your current aquarium. Plants are full of algae and roots are moldy.
Don’t waste your time and money.

I love visiting there and looking at the animals, and I always get my dog and cat food from there. A couple of days ago, it was my dogs birthday, so I got him a new bed, shirt, and some treats. He loved them.

I went to the store on Saturday looking to purchase fish for my aquarium. I picked out several fish total of 10. The salesperson took a while to catch some of the fish in my opinion stressed them out. The salesperson told me that if something happened to any of them within a seven day period. I could return them for a replacement fish. I bought 2 fish each of my selection and 3 black barbs. 1 barb died the next day the other 2 are doing fine. 1 other fish of 2 died the next day. I went to take them back on Monday and was told I could not get them replaced that they gave to test the water. The fish avg cost was $5. I did not have the time to wait for them to test the water. The salesperson should go into more details about the return policy and not have a customer walk out thinking all she had to do was return the fish. Explain full policy in the future or set the right expectations for a return. It’s not worth the hassle for $10 worth of fish. As a company knowing all the other fish did well except these 2 I would have replaced the fish and kept it moving. Unsatisfied customer will not purchase from your company anymore. Thank you

The workers are nice but their manager Michele is something else! She’s rude and has ZERO class! Rolls her eyes at customers, and when they walk away she talks about them when they’ve done nothing to her. I asked if I could take a look at the guinea pigs like the sign on the cage says and she said no, only if you’re buying them in a nasty high pitched tone then rolled her eyes. It just so happens I was going to purchase 2 guineas from this establishment. I love coming here for my guinea pig needs, and fish but I will not return until she’s gone. I guess I’ll take my business to Petsmart!!!!!! I suggest you do the same!!!!!

Great friendly staff, good products and knowledge! Favorite pet store in town, cute animals you can actually pet. My pets get treated just like family. Michele and KD give the best customer service, my needs are always anticipated! Customer service is always outstanding!
