Customer service was poor! No greeting took her time coming to the front , even though there were no customers didn’t even acknowledged my presence . To the owners she is hurting your business put her in the back! The workers were pleasant but that lady may need to retire

My clothes was stolen at location summ 2023 by an employ not only my clothes a lot of other people clothes as well and the owner don't want Reimburse the value of the worth of my items the cost of my items was nearly 300.00 only offered me 80.00 wen all my item was bouth this spring 2023 men clothes I wouldn't Recommend this cleaners, as well if u not a regular Customer, they gave me the highest rate The store owner has no respect for his customers, nor have apologize for what happened with their employee

I dropped off my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation for $250. The first time it was returned back to me, the dress had been thrown in the box (with no folding, shaping, or care for the dress), safety pins showing, and the dress was UPSIDE DOWN IN THE BOX, and the lid was not airtight sealed or preserved. In fact, the employee took the lid off of the dress box and agreed that it was not done correctly, and then offered to duck tape the box shut so that it would stay "preserved".I left my dress again with this company to be redone and upon the two-week pick-up date, the dress had not been touched or worked on. In fact, a week later when it was magically "ready" after calling this shop multiple times, the box had now been written on, stained, and the dress was STILL upside down and unmoved.At this point (3 months after my wedding) I asked for a refund. After playing phone tag with their employees and ultimately having to go to this shop I was able to speak with a manager. The manager then said that the owner would not refund me but that I could call back at a later time to discuss it with him.In the 30-minute argument with the owner, I was informed that my expectations and standards were not eligible for a refund. He then proceeded to explain that I paid $200 for the dress to be cleaned (which it had not been) and only $50 for the box. After explaining the run-around I had received and the lack of professionalism exhibited from his shop he offered me a refund of $50 to cover the stained box.The lack of professionalism, ownership, and workmanship in this operation is unfathomable. I will NEVER return to this organization and have lost $200 based on their many mistakes.

I turned in a 2 piece set with a belt attached to the bottoms to be dry cleaned. After picking up the items I realized that the belt was missed. I called and spoke with a young lady and she said that she would look for it and call me back. That call never came. I called for two weeks speaking with the Manger who never returns phone calls after she says she will only to be told that they can't do anything be cause the ticket didn't state there was a belt. Why would I keep calling back for a belt? I have the entire set! Moral of this review is don't business with them because they don't take responsibility for their mistake.

All and all, the best in Fayetteville. Very personable service, know you (and your family) by name. Work requires I use their service ALOT. Prices are fair and fast. Over 5 years of patronage, there's been one or two small issues, which they always try and make right.

I haven’t used a cleaners in years but needed an emergency cleaning. After a quick search I found One Hour Koretizing. This place provides excellent customer service, great prices, and “very quick turn around times”, to include same day. Judy greeted me and provided great service at the register. I will certainly use them for all my cleaner needs!

Came in this morning and dropped off a suit that I needed by this afternoon. Judy was very courteous and friendly and advised me she would have it ready. On my way home I was notified via phone from Judy that I had left an important identification card in the pocket of my suit. She advised me that she would attach it to my dry clean items very neatly and discreetly ....suit was ready as promised ..........awesome place!
