I was looking forward to visiting this location, but after having done so, I will not be back. Customer service is lacking. The young lady working at the time was very aloof and off-putting. Her vibe, energy, and mannerisms was quite negative and unwelcoming. Quality world class customer service sets a business apart from its competition. As a new potential patron, the expectation is to be welcomed and assisted. These were non-existent.

Words of advice to the owner train your employee/cashier on having better customer service to whomever walks into your establishment regardless of color. I purchased 2 Rose bottles and even though the energy wasn’t welcoming I have 2 important tips that will better your employee/cashier service and overall business. One, never put the paying customers change on the counter place it in their hands. It’s a sign of judgement/disrespect. Two, after a customer makes a purchase to help YOUR business thrive a simple “ appreciate your business + have a good day” goes a long way and it would have made me come back to spend more money. Good interaction with potential customers definitely goes a long way. As a business owner myself having the right employees can make or break your business. Customer service is everything please take heed to that. If your business isn’t welcoming my money why would someone want to spend it in your establishment? They’re just gona leave and spend money with the next establishment and that’s a sale you missed out on. Luckily for them I really wanted the Rose but I won’t be coming back.

This place is a gem. I would give them 12 stars if I could. The owners are humble, friendly, and fun. The staff are attentive and helpful. The selection is ever rotating and fantastic. If you haven't been to their Friday night tastings you're missing out. I love Grapes and Hops!

Went in for their Friday tastings for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed. Grapes and Hops has a great selection of beer, wine, and cigars to appeal to anyone. Denise and Perla were fantastic and give fantastic recommendations for whatever you could possibly desire. Highly recommend a visit, especially on Fridays!

Very nice place! Everything was very organized and neat! Also I was able to wheel ♿️ my way around. Staff seems like they know good selections so I’ll be back again. ? it’s a small place but everything is organized so it’s not cluttered or feels overwhelming.
