I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager and I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon. This review is mainly for the nail tech that did my pedicure but I felt I had to warn other people. I had called earlier to see if I could get a mani/pedi and the person on the phone said I could come in at 3pm- I offered 3:30pm as well but she assured me 3 was better. I wasn't seen until 3:45pm which isn't that bad since we all know salons don't have the greatest timing but I was assigned "Ginger" who proceeded to be incredibly rude with a very negative attitude. She was aggressive with moving my feet around, scolded me for not picking a color prior to sitting down (even though I was not told or given the color options), and was extremely bitter the entire time. I was happy to pay for one of the deluxe pedicures because I really wanted to have the pampered feel but she didn't give me an option. She just started to do a very basic pedicure very quickly, and aggressively. I came in to get a small semblance of relaxation from being a new mom and it was quite the opposite. If I hadn't desperately needed a pedicure and already had childcare for the hour I would have absolutely left after meeting Ginger. I know we all have bad days but her behavior was unacceptable and unfortunately will prevent me from ever returning to this

Having visited several local nail salons and not being satisfied, I was happy to discover Gel Nails. I called first to get a 'feel' for the salon and instead of hearing loud noise in the background, I heard quiet music. This was a good predictor of the experience. The salon is clean, the techs are friendly, and it has a calm atmosphere. This was a much welcome change from the other Fay' salons. Look no further than Gel Nails for your mani/pedi needs!

I have been coming to Ginger for gel manicures and pedicures for over 7 years and I think she’s the absolute best! She always takes time to do an exceptional job—she knows how picky I am and I’m more than satisfied after each appointment. Not only do I love her work—I love HER. She is kind and generous and a quality person! Gel Nails is so fortunate to have her!!

I love Gel Nails! I been going for years and I go nowhere else! T (the manager) is amazing! My family and I love her so much. Overall this is the best nail shop in the Ville. It's a vibe!

Got the most expensive pedicure because it also had a 45 minute foot and leg massage and it was well worth it! I practically fell asleep in the chair as the massage was so relaxing and felt so good. Mary did an exceptional job and I will definitely be a returning customer.Services: Foot massages

This is the salon to go to in the area. I have been to many in Fayetteville and this is the best. Ask for T or Mimi and you'll never go anywhere else.
