I should have asked how much my service would be before I sat down. I was charged $60 for extra short, no design, nude acrylic, one coat of clear set. I didn’t get a manicure either. Just a full set. Took her no more than 30 minutes. I would have only paid $35 for this set in Florida. And my nails are not all the same size. Some are longer, some are shorter. I don’t live in Fay. But if I did I would not return here.

I got the best set from Tammy! I showed her my inspo pic and she did it perfectly Elegant Nails is a great nail spot ! They never miss and the atmosphere is always great. I love coming here !

Amazing experience! Good quality work, which is so hard to find around the Fayetteville area. Very quick, did a full set, and pedicure in less than 1.5 hr. Highly recommend!

I just had the absolute worst eye lash extension experience of my life. She put the lashes in my waterline with so much glue that I could barely take it. It felt like she used super glue, it was tight, hard and extremely uncomfortable, board line extremely painful. I drove directly to this shop (Desire threading & waxing to get them removed) to get the lashes removed. I could barely open my eyes. Very scary. She overcharged me (I spent $170) on the most basic lashes. The complete bottom row of my lashes are completely bald now. I also have a bump inside my eyelid thats very uncomfortable. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH GETTING YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very dangerous.

A hit or miss!!! Beautiful nail salon and mostly new equipment, but the service is mediocre or well below average at times. Also, they are constantly changing nail techs/staff and the good ones tend to leave. I had a few good services done here, but just as many bad ones. I would not recommend...truly a hit or miss!

It was my first time here and everyone does excellent work. I’m kinda pick about my nails and Tammy was super sweet and gentle. The staff is super sweet and talented. Would recommend.

If I could 0 stars I most definitely would. All the chips and discounts could not help with my decision to never return!!!! Staff is rude and no consideration for a paying customer is appreciated whatsover!!!! This place used to be my favorite and only to go to and get the services I needed, and now I see why they get the bad reviews that they do. Good thing I didn't book a mani pedi day for me and 6 other people like I had planned on doing although this is not what I came in for this morning. I am happily taking my hard earned money elsewhere. Thank you not so Elegant Nails for making me a believer of the other disappointed customers.
