I visited Bobby and his shop the first time after pricing tires and there shop afforded the most dependable tires at a decent price. After the first visit and receiving knowledgeable, quick, dependable, wholesome work from the shop I've been taking my vehicle back for any issue. Feel really taken care of when there. I have only recently visited Ed’s for a vehicle issue. The manager Bobby is so nice! He also took time to explain to me what may possibly be wrong with my vehicle, and how they will go about testing to be accurate before making a repair. I can’t thank him enough for his honesty and transparency, as well as advice on maintaining my vehicle. I look forward to future service from him and his team.

Inflated prices, long waits and poor workmanship. Bobby had me apply for Snap finance , only to over charge me for poor work that he himself tried to correct. I waited 5 hours for rear brake work, only to be told to return the next day and was sent home. My vehicle broke down and had to be towed back to shop. The next day I Bobby informed me that it would be $1500+ instead of the $900.00 originally agreed on . I would not refer only one to this business.
