False hours of operation….. Online it says closes at 10 PM. I showed up at 8:30 PM Yet closed.

i have shopped at this store for the past four years because it's close to my house and convenient; however, the new manager assigned to this store is very unprofessional and rude to customers. if she does not want to provide a service she will not regardless if it's in the job description or not. i witnessed a customer ask for a refund but she refused and when asked why she simply said "because i don't feel like doing it!" this type of service should not be tolerated by upper management, but no matter how many times an incident is reported no changes are made. i will not return to that particular store until the current store manager is gone!

Only giving 1 star so I can leave a comment. This store needs new management or they just need to shut it down completely. The new manager there acts like she doesn't have a clue. They never have stock out it's always in the floor. It's pointless to even stop here but it's 2 blocks from my home but still a waste. Today they were closed around 4pm. I guess something happened in the store that the manager couldn't control as usual. When the older lady was the manager the store ran smoothly. They had their days but it was ok. Forget it just go to Family Dollar and call it a day.

The is convenient cause it's right down the street but that don't ever have anything I need. It's always stock in the floor and you gotta make your way around it. Service used to be great here now I don't know what's going on.

I'm only giving 1 star b/c I'm forced to. This store is gross. Parking lot is utterly disgusting. They need new management or to just completely shut this place down. When I walk in now, it reminds me of filthy Dollar Tree stores. I'm calling corporate on Monday morning to report my latest experience. DON'T SHOP HERE, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
