BE CAUTIOUS- WATER IN DIESEL. How do you put water in a brand new diesel pump. The diesel side was just built, there is no reason for it to have water in the fuel. The worst diesel gas I have ever received. I spent $185 in diesel just to turn around and spend $200 in parts to fix what the diesel did to my heavy duty truck and $300 in labor. I was headed back to Florida and ended up being stuck on the side of the road because my engine shut down due to water in the diesel. I have made contact with corporate and have yet to receive a response. Someone needs to reimburse me my $500. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

DO NOT BUY DIESEL FROM THIS GAS STATION. THEY HAVE WATER IN THEIR DIESEL AND WILL RUIN YOUR TRUCK. I have already reported them and regret ever stopping. Don't waste your money or time.

8/17/2023 BETWEEN 1:30AM AND 1:50AM FOR CAMERA VIDEO TIME. A HUGE DOG IN THE STORE BY THE COFFEE MACHINES AND FOOD.I WALKED BACK OUT.

I came to get scratch off and there is a African American woman or man (unsure but has a raspy voice and a woman’s wig) with blue contacts who was very rude assisting me while getting the ticket numbers I was asking for. I asked about $30, $20 and $5 tickets . I was wanting certain ticket numbers and he or she was telling me that was i very frustrating and working his or her nerves. I asked for ticket numbers 1-8 for those particular scratch offs and the employee said okay. The nice male who is working explained that ticket numbers count down so the rude employee corrected him or herself saying that tickets 1-4 weren’t available( he or she wasn’t aware of that as well) . I will not buy here anymore and that person needs customer service training.

I pay for sip and save but what's the use when you have nothing in the drink machine. Its been like this at least 3 weeks. I tried 5 different sodas and all out!!! Do better. If other circle k has them, you should.

Always panhandlers outside. It is very uncomfortable to be around, especially when the cashiers do nothing about it when informed of this. There are two other gas stations on the same corner that do not have any problems telling them to leave, and calling the police on them when necessary. Please do not go here alone, more so at night.

This is the worst convenience store in this area there is always panhandlers in parking lot especially after dark, they will intimidate females they follow them in parking lot working their scam my wife went there at 7pm at which time she was offered drugs after turning him down a ride she had to ask the employee to walk out to her car the panhandler actually followed her into the store. Now having said that I am a 50yr old man in good shape and I usually get asked for change and there is one guy that gets enough change and goes in to get a beer then he stands outside in same spot to do same thing I've seen him as much as 5 or 6 hours standing there this location is a mile from the hospital and I personally live a mile from it they know they have problems there and that's where they train new employees. I think they should hire a security guard there was a guy living in their dumpster for a year. This place needs help and circle k is not a broke store they do well. So keep your family or females from this store it's the trash in the lot that's the problem. CIRCLE K GET IT TOGETHER. I hope enough people get this message to make a difference or corporate gets it to act like they really care. Signed Concerned customer

Lottery Players.. Do not use any of the Kangaroo stores, especially this store on the corner of Boone Trail and Owen Drive. Service here is very poor, and slow and rude.. Always busy and very rarely do they have two counters open to help customers.. Secondly, they are not user friendly in terms of information about lottery tickets, if you or your group wanted to buy an entire book of tickets, they will refuse to sell you an entire book, thirdly, if you have more then $50 in winning tickets to cash, they again will not cash them. Tried to cash some winning tickets and my total was over $100. and they only agreed to cash $50 of them. You have been warned. Stay away from Kangaroo on Owen and Boone Trail.

I complained to Cashiers, who happen to be a manager name Sylvia, about overused chlorine. She just simply said "We don't use chlorine". I was coughing, had trouble with breathing, and my eyes were burning all at the same time. I was already under 24 hr allergic medicine from last night. I wasn't ask anything but to consider to reduce chlorine amount. when the manager repeatedly denied without any of empathy to my symptoms and struggling, this is management issues. Not only they will use again. THEY ARE VERY DISTRUSTFUL BECAUSE STORE IS MANAGED BY LIER and inhumane person.

This is a Kangaroo with BP gas station. Conveniently located at Owen Drive at Boone Trail at the Bordeaux Shopping Center. It's easier to access if you're heading east from the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. It has the normal items you would expect at a Kangaroo.
