$450 for a washer and dryer set that didn’t work the moment they installed it. Didn’t send any technicians like they said they would, and will keep giving you the run around every time you call. Try them if you want, you’ll end up with a bigger headache than you started with.

I ain't never had an issue with chubbs appliances and I bought washer,dryer and refrigerator 7 years ago and they still work?, thriving business with thriving personnel! I recommend to anyone!

My father knows the owner an has been a customer for a few good years also supported his business himself and sent him customers! Since they do in home repairs if the problem is fixable my father gave them a call, was told they'll come thru and do the repairs as requested but was then stood up that's day and has been sent to voicemail every time he'd call back to see what happened to them coming to do a repair! That isn't how you do business and is unprofessional in my opinion.

I purchase multiple refrigerators and oven from chubbs. 2 months later 2 of them started leaking bad I've contacted them over 5 time for repairs and same person keeps telling me they be out to repair it same day. It's been 3 weeks and the brand new floors in the apartments are getting damaged.

Tried to give this place a chance and purchased a washer for $350, got home, didn't work but thank God for the 3 month warranty. They told me I had to bring the washer back (another 45 min drive). Replaced it, 2 months later, its not working either. Attention owner: please close down and regroup, take pride in your business, get trained workers to refurbish the equipment you are selling especially if you are not willing to give customers their money back....Your name is all you got!!!

Brought a washer & dryer set from them he asked if I needed delivery & I said it’s up to them if they would load it on my truck. Gave it to me with absolutely No connections for the dryer can’t plug into the socket & washer no water wholes… it’s been a week now & the guys is telling me they don’t do refunds but I can bring them back ?… I’ll never again

Purchased a washer and dryer from here,dryer worked,but washer didn't.Tried calling several times, but not legit numbers! So I had to go to talk to Brandon, asked if I could get a refund,no refunds!?So I was able to do an exchange on the wash machine. Called the non-existent number to check on delivery date.Finally was able to get ahold of Brandon. He got smart we me in the text he sent me! I'm sure he wouldn't want anyone talking to his mother like that!My issue was resolved after going in and talking to the manager.The manager was friendly and helpful.

Just so people can actually see my rating.I rate them a 2 because I should have received a washer and dryer set I paid for on Wednesday by Thursday. They came at 6pm when I was told between 11am-2pm. When that didn’t happened I was told before 4pm that Thursday was fine. I’ve been waiting Friday and Saturday ALL DAY for me to get them. Today they are closed (Sunday) although their store ours say open today. I just want my money back at this point so I can spend it somewhere that I will receive the product. All because apparently they have a new delivery driver. That doesn’t excuse the lack of productivity.

Great experience with next day delivery! They were able to take out my old broken washing machine and replace it with the new. I have a small laundry room and they had to move my dryer to get everything in and out and they did it no problem and no complaints. They accommodated my later delivery time, too! Very much appreciated!

Terrible! The owner offered to upgrade the set that I bought after the delivery guys just dumped it off and snuck out the back door( LITERALLY) then told me they would be right back in 10 minutes but NEVER returned at ANY point. I have to turn the dryer off by turning the dial to 20 mins on timed dry. If the dryer is running and I open the door the dryer keeps going(the clothes keep turning). The dryer runs for hours and hours like 6 or 7! I found out today from the owner Chubb that he knew that the washer and dryer was messed up the entire time and he allowed it to be delivered after he himself sold it to me. The owners idea of an “extended warranty and offer to upgrade” is never even repairing the dryer that he KNEW was malfunctioning BEFORE and AFTER he sold it to me and basically charging me for a whole new set but taking off $100. It would be nice if the saying “ you get what you pay for” applied but with them you’ll definitely get wayyy LESS than you you pay for.

Bought this dryer in March of this year, it works on and off when it wants to. Been trying to get someone to come out to work on it or exchange it but instead they keep saying they’ll swap it out the following business day. Every time I call, they say they’ll swap it out for a different one the following business day. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional being as though it’s been two whole weeks that I’ve been trying to get someone to come get this dryer and bring me a different one. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone nor will I purchase here again!
