I went in today and one of the employees (black girl with cheeto red hair) was sitting on top of the counter yelling about the sales that are going on. Once I got to the checkout counter, same girl, was rude about the text sign up. I asked if it was free and she responded with a tone "I wouldn't be telling you about it if it wasn't free". I almost cussed her out, but refrained. Stop employing people with bad customer service and that barely want to do their jobs.

Dressing rooms are closed employee suggest I’ve purchased the item go to the bathroom in the mall and return whatever don’t work well neither did either size work for my child and I’m only gone about five minutes I can’t even get my money back I have to have a gift card or exchange exchange for what he don’t have a size which is a half size so I feel it was a set up that should’ve been told if you don’t give refunds I don’t suggest people to buy stuff and go to the bathroom to try it on if I knew I couldn’t get a refund I would’ve never brought anything I will never buy anything again

This store has beautiful clothes and amazing prices but what makes it the best place to shop is definitely the staff! They are always kind and helpful and friendly, and they care about their customers and go out of their way to be helpful. I go in there alot and they are always working hard putting out new clothes and they are always very polite and friendly! Highly recommend!

I just moved here, and a good friend of mine told me about this store. The sales and prices are awesome, I got three outfits for only $50, the staff is amazing and was willing to help with anything I needed, they were so nice and the environment was just so clean and well kept, I would recommend this place, looks like they will see me more often.

Worst customer service experience I ever had. Bought pants on Friday tried to exchange them Sunday the lady tells me I can’t exchange them cause the number on the receipt doesn’t match the number of the pants. Sounds like a Charlotte Russe problem. She agreed that she could see I purchased two pair of pants but because the numbers didn’t match in their system she couldn’t exchange or give me gift vCard or anything. Worst customer service. She even goes further to tell me she was the supervisor and to try to sell them to platos closet. How ghetto. Anyways, they lost a customer.
