We dropped off our boat seats that needed the upholstery repaired back in September of 2021. They told us up front that they would not be able to get to it until mid-October. We said that was ok. We contacted them in November after not hearing anything and they assured us that even though they were backed up that they'd have it done by Christmas. Then we heard nothing again. We tried multiple times to call them starting in January but they never picked up and it said their voicemail box was full. So we finally went there in person in mid-March and saw that our seats had not been touched and they said that fixing car upholstery came before ours. We were quite upset and wound up taking them back home with us and are now in a bind to find another place that can fix them before we put our boat in the water in May. We understand everyone is short staffed. What we DON'T understand is why we did not receive any timing updates and were not told at the beginning that our repairs would come second to car seats and that it would take half a year or more for this fix to be done. We used Richard for vinyl replacement on the doors of a 2012 mustang and could not have been more happy with the results!! We were told by a another place this could not be fixed due to a glue problem from Ford and clearly it could!! Would hands down use Richard again!!
