My first time and only time coming into this Asian owned beauty supply store on January 26th, I purchased a black hair net. They didn't have the exact black net that is required for my job, thick thread kind, but I needed a black net. So I purchased it for $5 and the next day I showed my supervisor my hair net and she said that it's not the right one. So two days later I went back to the store and asked for a refund. And the Store Manager said that they have a "No Refund, Exchange Only" policy. I'm like okay no problem but yall have the thick thread black hair net in stocks. He checked and a few minutes later said no they don't have it and no refund is available. I strongly recommend anyone to NOT to go to this store. They don't even deserve no stars, really. Bad customer service and bad business policy. We need more Black owned beauty supply stores!

Love it. Needed a hair store that had all my needs and wants and I’ve found it. Sweet staff also. Gives my babies lollipops quickest way to my heart is through my kids kindness is what we need in the world idc how far I live I’ll go here and only here ❤️

This is one of my favorite bueaty supplies in Fayetteville They always have the best hair accessories, masks, and products. Decent wig collection as well. There stuff is always well kept as well and there purses are fire.

They always have the best selection. Knowledgeable and friendly, I enjoy my shopping experience every time. From faux locs, to lace front wigs, to braiding hair... always the highest quality!!! They have a lot of products in their store and I refer people often.
