“Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I was over an hour away from home heading to a clients home in Goldsboro today when all of a sudden I heard a loud noise from my car and then what sounded like a flat tire. Not a flat tire but Doug Howells was right there at the next exit thankfully! I walked in (total Damsel in Distress not knowing what was wrong) and the technician (I wish I caught his name) came over and figured out quickly that it was the plastic cover to the undercarriage that had come loose and was flapping on the road. He had my car lifted and repaired on the spot and I was back on my way in about 15 minutes!
