We at DC auto in Rocky Mount NC have been waiting for a shipment to be picked up since the 6th and the only thing they had to say was they had 2 drivers call out. Needs to have back u drivers in case of instances like these. THEY ARE OFF MY LIST OF LTL USERS

Had a time-sensitive shipment coming from Greensboro, NC to Winterville, NC - a 1-day shipping point (keep in mind this is a 2.5 hr drive) Its Thursday afternoon and the customer will not receive their shipment on time. A 2.5 HR TRANSIT SHOULD NOT TAKE 48 HRS TO DELIVER. Spoke with multiple reps including the Supervisor (Robin) who achieved absolutely nothing in helping this issue to get resolved, nor has given a return call to explain. SUB-PAR Customer service all the way around.
