If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. To sum it up, I recommend going to Virginia to purchase your car instead. You will receive better service, a 7-day return period if there are any issues, and timely tag delivery, along with other extras. My salesperson was extremely unprofessional, did not disclose all the information about the vehicle, and even tried to keep my tags until I got the DMV involved. They still owe me money for the tint they ripped off. My advice is to run as fast as you can and buy your car in Virginia.

They had a spot for me to come in on the day I called which was nice. I had some major concerns with the service and the price. My biggest issue was when I opened the hood and took off the engine cover there was a nut sitting on the engine! I have no idea what that it goes to and I am extremely annoyed and will feel paranoid now driving it. They also cracked my air intake hose and said nothing about it (I found this out later when looking under the hood minutes later after it was out of the shop. They charged around $160 just to check the van and then suggested $4,000 when the issue I brought it in for was a spark plug! I went to AutoZone and fixed the issue for $10 in 5 minutes. They took a video of a part of the inspection which was nice, but it wasn't of the whole thing, just the findings. My service rep Jaylen was great and helpful and explained things well.

Great customer service. Had my 100k service completed on my not even broken in 2007 Honda CRV at 91k. No issues with this vehicle whatsoever. Fluid changes and back on the road for another 100k plus. You can’t beat a Honda…just can’t. Highly recommend Hall Honda for all your servicing needs.

I usually have an appointment, and they are always ready for me. Service is always timely, and the drive-in access is easy. I really appreciate the free car wash included with servicing. They really try to provide excellent friendly service.

First and foremost, from the start of my emails this Dealership was awesome. They listened to my needs. The experience was smooth like a baby's bottom. Glen Krueger was great. He was kind, very professional, and patient. Shout out to Piar ( I think I spelled his name correct) for keeping me laughing. And shout to Brian for explain the products. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10

If I could give them a minus 100, I would. This is without a doubt the most dishonest dealer ever! Ran my legs off to collect every document asked of me. The car i was buying was picked oit..a used but nice, Nissan Rogue. .it was done. I was even sent a pic on my phone of it, .after providing almost my blood! I walked in to be told.... ok Ms xxx , what we have " found you is" a honda!! Wth!!?? All day long...hours of my time , til late...to basically find out , they had sold the car while i was gone!! Typical gutter car dealer! So unprofessional! So dishonest! I Stood up and loudly told then.. " all of you suck so bad!! " ...I am 66 and carry a cane....it was so hard for my family and many friends to see how i was treated and what was done to me!. I normally give very place i go, high reviews...but this place is the slimiest dealer i have ever worked with!! Ever!

Took my civic in today for an ac problem. 2 hours later they had diagnosed the issue, done a 20 point inspection, fixed the ac issue, and I was on my merry way home. Fast, friendly and efficient!

The service rep handling my car was a liar. Came in for a bad alternator. It was clearly a bad alternator. Kept saying trust his word to lower the price for the required inspection then forgot when it came time for me to pay. Place charges crazy prices. Avoid at all costs.

First off I want to say the building itself is beautiful I drove up and the doors automatically opened and I was able to drive my car in I was approached and assisted by Jayla he is amazing best customer service I've ever gotten in North Carolina and mind you I am not from here I am from Arizona, I had to go to work he was able to send me out via shuttle, they had my car for about 30 minutes and he was able to immediately send me over the details of what was wrong with it and the price and price options including financing offer to pick me back up and also my car was washed. I don't mind paying extra for great customer service I need somebody to care like I do and this is exactly what I got. I appreciate Taylor the shuttle driver for dropping me off she was awesome as well and I will be coming back. If I can do a 10 start I would. I am really big on reviews I have thousands of reviews that have been viewed and this right here is the best review of ever given.
