The Woodforest Bank in Eden has the Worst customer service ever! If I could I would leave zero stars. I’ve banked with Woodforest for more then8 yrs and I’ve been to many but the one in Eden NC is by far the worst. It is truly repugnant the way they treat customers.

There are friendly people at this bank however the ATM is down almost 50 percent of the time If they are there GREAT if you want money and it is not you are probably gonna be mad and cash LESS
