Mail women won't pick up my out going BILLS ,or any mail, NOW I HAVE A BLACK MAILBOX AND PUTTING WHITE ENVELOPES ON THE BOX, she DID NOT PICK THEM FOR 5 DAYS she actually can see the mail when she pulls in,, many times she puts my mail in my uncles box next door, and his in mine., I've called in 2 complaints and nothing is helping, if she can't get this route done correctly, then change her route, with someone else, if she can't get the job done been living here 56yr and never had any issues

The mail carrier, Tanya Smith, just shoves my package in the mail box with no care at all. All because I can't clean around my mail box till the first of the month, due to being on a fixed income. She saw the package wouldn't fit in the mail box and instead of bringing it to the door like she is suppose to. She insteads damages my package to were I have to return it due to my device being broken. I feel like this was done in retaliation due to not being able to clean my mailbox up over night.

Just reading the reviews on the african american clerk here. Rhymes wit "Foxy", but she's not. MISERABLE individual! Has the customer service skills of a 5th grader.....& postmaster not much better.

I drive to Stoneville NC to do my postal business they are very very nice always unlike the old African American woman at the Eden Post Office

I personally don't have any issues with this Post Office. I don't see why they have low reviews. Sometimes people will be busy. Sometimes they won't be and you have to take your time so you won't make mistakes.

First off, FIRE ROXY. Absolutely THE worst at this job... doesn't listen, totally incompetent, speaks over you, can't pronounce her words correctly, and then overcharges you for literally everything - because she CAN'T LISTEN and do HER JOB. I called to file a complaint and I'm told the Manager, Carol, should give me a callback. We'll see. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. They do not care and they will cheat you out of money and then refuse to make it right.

Had to stop in by the Eden post office to day. Surprisedly the visit in the post office was quick. Lady was nice. Plus I picked out the beautiful flower ?? stamps I wanted. Overall pretty quick no long wait in line.
