We took our pontoon to Mobile Technician in November of 2022. It was starting intermittently and we asked them to check that and possible leak. They did fit us in right away and for that they get 2 stars. After a week we called to check and were told nothing wrong, it started for them and charged us $318! We kept checking & would not start, then it would. Changed batteries, checked 1st solenoid, etc.ourselves. Finally took it to another boat repair on Semora Road. Technician there found a bad second (not common) solenoid and had it FIXED within a week for $100 less than Mobile technician. Pontoon starting everytime now. Unless you have $300 to pay for nothing fixed, don't take it here. Stop at the other shop on Semora Road.

I don't give a 5 Star review easily. I am a business owner myself who believes strongly in customer satisfaction. Communication was excellent. Service was timely, as promised and excellent. Their knowledge and access to Mercury headquarters for troubleshooting makes all the difference. If ever needed again, highly recommend.

We made an appointment a week in advance to have them come Friday for a diagnostic test on our jet ski. They didn't give us a time they would arrive so I took the day off to be home whenever they were able to come. By 2 pm I hadn't heard anything so I called to follow up about my appointment. I was assured I was on the list but they had no update to when they would arrive. It is now Sunday and no one has contacted me about missing the appointment on Friday or when they will reschedule. Don't bother wasting your time. It's not worth it.
