The young clerk explained the visa business to me very patiently, and at the same time carefully ensured that my notarized copy was clear enough. To be honest, what I had to do was very tedious and there were other people waiting in the store, but she still respected me very much. Thank you so much for her service!

Find another location the customer service here is rude. The lady she was just throwing my packages around and then got upset when I told her that my item were secure Needs better customer service here

The clerk is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was there to ship a document internationally, which don’t need an invoice and she scanned the mobile code and told me that I need to get an invoice. Later I showed her that it is listed on UPS website no invoice needed for such shipment. Then she told me I need to get a shipping label, which she doesn’t print even though I showed her the mobile code for this shipment.

I don’t recommend using this UPS store in general, but especially if you need things printed any time soon. The customer service here provided my husband and I (on separate occasions) a really poor experience. The manager on duty (who didn’t share her name, but is shorter with long dark hair and wears a mask), was incredibly rude to me and unhelpful. We submitted an online order for printing, and they are unable to complete it because their printer is broken. This I totally understand, things happen. I inquired about how to receive a refund, and they told me to call customer service, they don’t deal with that. So we did, and consulted the website, which sent us back to the store. She was unwilling to give me any information about the process for how they accept/decline printing orders. I also informed them their voicemail box was full because I’d tried calling the last few days. She informed me it would be kept that way because they are just too busy to take calls…though on one of my many visits in, this manager was sitting on her phone. It was clear from her tone throughout every interaction I had with her that she didn’t care. I can understand when things fall out of your jurisdiction, but this was just sad. :(

Normally I’m too lazy to write a review, but this is the best UPS store I’ve ever seen. I’m also writing this comment to especially thank ANDRE, as he is always professional, kind and supportive. Me and my friends really like his energetic vibe and we all had great experiences when letting him to help us. Great place great staff, and Andre is definitely the star here :)) Go Andre!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews based on small interactions, but I had such a positive experience at this UPS Branch that I had to share. André and Akhan provided top-notch customer service. Despite training Akhan well, André was patient, overwhelmingly positive, and handled the growing line with grace and great speed! 10/10 recommend

Staff on shift was rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. The notary Andre was exceptionally rude. I rather drive an extra 10-20 minutes than return to this UPS location.

I went here to the Erwin Rd UPS store to send back a cell phone to Tracfone. I expected to pay, but the young girl (don't they have to be old enough? literate?) said it was a free return, despite that I had no return authorization. But she acted like she knew what she was doing and cranked out a label and then put it on backwards so that the package was shipped BACK TO ME. Pure damn stupidity. When I went back to do it right, there was no apology from her and the manager (what a joke) did nothing either. Later when I was deducted the $17 from my refund of the returned phone--due to Tracfone having been charged for that stupid delivery back to my house. When I confronted UPS, the manager said he couldn't do anything (right about that much!!!) and took my information. Which of course THE OWNER never contacted me in over a week now. Clearly these people don't give a damn about customer service. Avoid THIS store for sure, maybe avoid all of UPS because calling them yields no help either.
I have to amend this review: the owner did call me and has authorized a refund, so that is very decent and I can think more kindly of this store. I have raised their rating to a 3 not a 1. But it is a lesson to me and everyone: don't assume things are being done correctly. Get your eyes on your package and make sure it is right.
