I came today for my first visit and it was hands-down the best experience that I’ve ever had at a primary care facility. Check-in was smooth and efficient, the nurse who roomed me was highly experienced and extremely friendly, and the lab technician was so skilled and personable that she made getting a blood draw a pleasant experience. Dr. James earned my trust almost immediately because of his genuine nature and ability to actively listen to and address my concerns. I am very happy with my decision to establish care at this practice and hope the team here knows that they are doing a wonderful job.

I have been a patient of TFP for over 25 years now. I have had lots of wonderful PCP. Unfortunately, the ones I have had that really knows me as a patient has left the practice. My last one been Dr. K. his bed side manners were always on point. And he cared about me as a patient and listen to my concerns. The nurses the ones I have had an encounter with has always been very professional. As an established patient I am hoping to get Dr. M as my PCP now. he has always been my go-to doctor when Dr. K was not available. Dr. M bedside manners too is always on point and he like Dr. K listen and show a great deal of concerns for me as a patient. What I most like about Dr. M is that he educates you and allow you to share your research with him.Having said that I have noticed TFP changes, and some are good, and some are bad. Like no more weekend clinic. This could be, because the health care system is stressed across the board since the Pandemic. I will not share the bad here, because I have had good experiences with TFP with the PCP I have had. And if I am not happy about something. I speak on it and it is corrected.

I saw Dr. Lui on November 28th and I feel like I was blown off. I was never fully examined and I got a respiratory panel that came back negative. A week later I was diagnosed with RSV. I feel like I wasn't taken seriously even though I told him I was immunosuppressed. I was diagnosed with RSV after a week later.

Vanessa Chetty is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen! I’m never returning to TFP. She was very rude and dismissive about all of my concerns. I asked for a specific test and told her my symptoms and she insisted that “Triangle Family Practice doesn’t have a good test for that”. She was very adamant about not giving me the test. Then she called someone and was complaining to them saying that I wanted a test but my symptoms were probably from something else, dismissing everything I was telling her, showing a complete lack of care/sympathy. Then she kept saying she doesn’t even focus on what I was there for and that she’d rather focus on her other patients in family medicine (or something of that sort). Later on, I found out that I was positive for what I wanted a test for. Why would she deny me the test and be so rude about it?! She’s a complete douchebag and shouldn’t be a doctor.

I had been a patient there for 20 years, or so I thought. My last exam was in 2017 and my doctor told me I was healthy and my labs are always good, so I could skip the next exam year, which I did. 2019 the pandemic hit and the healthcare system was overrun, I was healthy so I did not return. 2023 I call to set up my annual exam and was told I had not been seen in over three years so that makes me a new patient and our doctors aren't taking new patients. So, the two stars are for the great work in the past and the the three you did not get are for your three year termination policy.

Had a mammogram that showed a sizable tumor (which had not been identified during physical exam few months before). Called office to get appointment with my doctor. Told it would take weeks. Was offered a nurse practitioner in a few days.

I have no faith in this practice. I've been passed around to disinterested PA's, refused refills for medications. They don't respond to messages. I am not surprised at all to see the rating they have here. It's too high.

I've been a patient here for 20 years and I love this practice. Dr. Anita Pisharody is the best ever. I have no problems with facility management/administration. I experience excellent service from my primary care physician.

They used to be much better, but lately their service has gone way downhill and they don't seem to care at all about their patients.

I am sorry to say this practice continues to fail to provide good medical care. I had an appointment on a Friday with a newer Dr. I was pleasantly surprised at the visit that I didn't have to wait an hour or longer, so I had some hope. I thought maybe these people had finally learned some efficiency. I had a number of tests run through bloodwork. By Monday afternoon everything was showing in MyChart - the dumping ground for patient information so the Drs. don't have to talk to you. I had multiple results showing with flags. Naturally I found this concerning. I did everything I could to research the various results with google searches, but obviously I needed a medical explanation. I called and left 3 messages requesting information from my Dr for two days to finally learn - "oh she's on vacation". Are you kidding me? What did she expect? I am supposed to sit around and wait until she gets back and finds time to read my results regardless of what they might be. I was also told another Dr would call in her place to talk to me. Still haven't heard from anyone. What do I have to do to get some help??????

TFP needs better management. I made an appointment over 6 weeks ago to see my primary physician only to find out the morning of my appointment that they wouldn’t accept me. Stating they consider me a new patient. I received confirmation texts and requests to complete forms prior to my appointment. Tests were ordered by my provider less than 3 months ago. She obviously considered me a patient then. They should have figured this out way before the morning of my appointment. I requested they reconsider and accept me. Return phone call requests via My Chart message from 9:30am never returned. They were very unorganized about the whole situation. My Chart still showed I had the 2:50pm appointment and the lady that checked me in said I still had an appointment. I have been a patient there for many many years. I am very disappointed in TFP and they do not seem to even care. No wonder they are short staffed if they treat their staff the way they treat their patients.

Horrible, just horrible. I have an autistic adult son who had an appointment at 4:10 - the last anointment of the day. He was 16 minutes late, due to traffic. They refused to see him. I was there waiting for him and told them he was close and running late. When he arrived the receptionist said no - he was late. I explained the situation and asked her to please check that he could be seen because it is extremely had for him to take off work. With "attitude" the receptionist went back to ask and came back and said no. I had to go out in the parking lot to calm my son who was standing there hitting himself because he was late (due to no fault of his own.) The great irony is that they tell you to come in 15 minutes before your appointment so that you can sit and wait. But if the tables are turned they say absolutely no. It was just horrible. Please choose another care provider.
