I fueled on 5/16/24 and had a CEL on my BMW about 10 minutes after fueling here. I had someone local do diagnostics, and after a new tank of fuel, the problems are gone. Will no longer trust this Shell.

There is water in the gas at this store.I noticed how my car drove after putting gas in the car twice. The check engine light came on both times.

March 17, 2023. 8pm.-Terrible customer service. The clerk behind the counter, some young person with dreads was more concerned about their cell phone, texting or apps. Then providing quality customer service. Ask to have my shell rewards apply to this purchase of gas but they didn't even make an effort to rectify the situation. Callously handed me my receipt and just said the program for your rewards didn't go through. I asked why they said they don't know. I asked to speak to a manager. The clerk and the another clerk callously said in unison they're not here. Will never return. Plan to see a manager about this lack of professionalism.

Clean store. No problem getting receipts at pump. I wish the water was cleaner for the windshield.

Update: 9:20pm 09/16/22 (FRIDAY night)---pumps have been stopped again and store is closed. 6 cars here trying to get gas and can't, pumps shut off...a shameWent to this station after 11pm, and all pumps were stopped. No one could pump gas (even with a credit card), and the store was closed. What nonsense is this? I've been here multiple times at night, and never had this happen before. I wasted gas to specifically come to this station to use my fuel reward (25 cent off per gallon)...that is now expired because I couldn't get the gas. Multiple cars came and went not being able to get gas.

If you're black and want to pay cash don't bother trying to put it in their hand to show respect. They will gladly point to the counter for you to put it. If they don't like black people then pack up your business and leave. It's not that hard.

I didn't go inside, just pumped my own gas. It's was busy, but cars seemed to move on through. The pump was quick, and gas prices were average for for the area.

Clean gas station, plenty of pumps. Clean bathroom and a large selection of goods. Gas prices are good at the time I can by at $1.99 for regular.

I've been coming to this station for gas, cigarettes, chips and drinks for a few months now. No problems until today. I normally pay for my purchases with my debit card .Today I used cash for a purchase of chips $1.72. The cashier gives me back a quarter, not the. 28 cents due, I questioned him about it and he says he doesn't have any penny's. Seeing how he owed me the larger amount back i requested a nickel. He gave me the nickel but hastily stated that's why we have this sign. "Exact change only" I walked back in with 2 pennies gave to cashier, but they just lost a good paying customer over a few pennies- good luck with your future customers but I don't like this kind of service, I felt cheated.

I hate leaving these bad reviews when I do. This is a terrible there's never any paper in the pumps.I have seen employees on way more than one occasion smoking out at the pumps while doing whatever they do but they clearly aren't putting paper in them.
