Unfortunately had mixed experiences with Taylor and would not recommend her overall. First appt was perfect, second appt my hair did not turn out the way I wanted and she refused to fix it unless I paid ANOTHER $300...I was very reasonable and offered some middle ground options but she had no interest in working with me on it and we parted ways. Very sad to be out all that money and have a result that is not what we discussed and unflattering. If you go to her, make sure you bring pictures and be prepared for her to kick you out if she doesn't like you asking for her to fix something that doesn't look good. I was shocked! Time to find a new stylist.

Jillian is my hairstylist. Have been going to her for years and she never disappoints. If you are looking for someone who truly listens to what you want out of an appointment, I can’t recommend her enough.

I have had 2 hair stylists (the 1st one moved) and LOVE them both. My current stylist Cheri is warm, friendly, professional, affordable, and does a great job! Each stylist sets their own services, prices, etc, so you have to search a bit for one that is the right fit for you but worth it when you do!

I made an appointment online . The website said they were open on Memorial Day, set up my appointment and sent me a confirmation. When I got to Southpoint Mall, I called the stylist to find out where they were located. She did not answer her phone. I tried the 919 number but got a message from a main switchboard. No help. The stylist finally called me back half an hour after my appointment time. First thing she told me was the salon is not in the mall but across busy, 4 lane Fayetteville Road and secondly, that they were closed today. I will never deal with them again.

I booked an appointment with Sterling for 11am and arrived early and I sent him a text saying I was in the parking lot, I didn't get a response. I decided to go in and his door was locked and he was nowhere in sight so I called him on both lines still no answer so I sent him an email Still no response. After about 20 minutes of waiting with no response to my text calls,or email I decided to leave. Very disappointing to me because I'm not from here.Service: Hairstyling

I requested an appointment for Stirling Mason at 9 am, only to find that he wasn't at the loft nor could I reach him by text. I finally caught him by phone - during which he told me that he texted out my appointment change to 5:30....for which I never received a text about nor was my appointment changed online through Salon Lofts. I appreciate Stirling not letting me hang for too long, but I don't appreciate the listed appointment time not actually being available nor the lack of timely communication.

I’ve been here 3 times and have yet to get my hair cut. Sterling is clearly unorganized, he canceled my appointment on Monday without me knowing , so I showed up and waited 30 minutes. When I called him he said that he sent me a text which I never received saying he wanted to reschedule. Well the day of the new appointment comes and he’s nowhere to be found… again. I call him … again and he asks me to meet him in an hour and a half.. sure no problem. The time comes and still.. no sterling. I only have 1 day off a week so my time is very valuable to me and this is getting ridiculous. I will not be back and do not recommend scheduling with sterling unless you have time to kill or want to call him 24/7
