Overall, quality shoe repair service from Cobblers Direct, but poor customer service experience from Regency Cleaners.
I went through Regency to have 2 pairs of shoes repaired (via Cobblers Direct). I ended up calling Cobblers Direct to chase my order and when it was finally shipped, it was shipped to another customer states away. Thankfully, that customer figured out how to get in touch with me and mailed my order straight to me. But there was zero acknowledgment from Regency or Cobblers Direct about the shipping mix up. If it wasn't for this random lady's kindness, I could have very easily not gotten my shoes back at all.

Needed a place close to work to tailor and clean a church suit. I found this location online that offered those services. When I got there I was told the lady retired that did the sewing. So I only was able to get dry cleaning. The prices were a lil outrageous too but I blame inflation.
