You can't try lingerie on or return things that are on sale, so buying lingerie is a huge hassle. If you buy something on sale and it doesn't fit you've just thrown your money away. Do not recommend.

When I say this place puts Adam and Eve to shame.. I see why they have a no phone rule there..the stuff they have there had me mind blown. Everything was a great price.. I got what I was looking for easily. If u a male or female or couple looking for some excitement, go there. It’s crazy lol.

We drove 20 minutes just to buy goodies for my husband’s birthday only to find the store closing at 8:40. The young lady saw us standing at the door and continued at sweep and turned the lights off at 8:45.

I’ve only been here twice but the first time I went it was a older lady just starring at me THE WHOLE TIME while I was in there shopping looking for a specific lingerie . It made me feel so uncomfortable like I just couldn’t even shop or look how I wanted to because I was being starred at the whole entire time ! Fast forward I go again 1 week laterand it’s a lady in like her mid 30’s just starring at me just like how the older lady was when I went the first time . It just made me feel so out of place and rushed both times because of the uncomfortable non - stop starring ! First off I was never greeted either time I went nor asked if I needed help looking for anything . The only time either of them helped me is when I was at check out and that was just ringing me up and bagging my items . The only nice interaction either of them had with me was when they seen I was a paying customer . I’m just saying have good customer service and don’t just stare at people if your going to work in customer service jobs !

Terrible customer service whether it’s for adult sales or not ..I asked for lubricant like a specific brand the guy in the store was like uhhmm idk over there on the wall all the while he’s got a whole testing and trial kit to the left of the register ..when I asked why he didn’t mention this prior to me making a purchase .. he said ummm idk I didn’t know I was supposed too …geez the lack of passion or service in your job my guy !! Terrible experience wouldn’t suggest visiting or recommending.

Horrible experience.I would give a zero if I could. I went in to shop for my girlfriend who is bigger than me. the women working glared at me and barked “wrong size” at me infront of other customers when I walked over to the lingerie. Iv been to plenty of Priscilla mccalls and have never been called out like that. Totally unprofessional, rude and uncalled for. Won’t be going back again.
