The positive reviews for this company have to be fake because the response from the company to the fake reviews is an identical generic one in each case, which does not address the specific concerns of the customer: "We are . . . We strive to provide the best service and knowledge in the optical industry." How pathetically trite!

I had a good experience. The worst was the wait but it was because I was about 10 minutes late so they let the next appointment ahead of me. So I get it! I was happy I left the mall the same day with the glasses I picked. The doctor was friendly, personable, and professional.

Service and choice of frames are good. However, the customer should be provided with items s/he is getting. Creates doubt in the customer's mind.

Good selection of glasses, and I love the unisex options Rayban has. The staff has no problem letting you look around and try on glasses as much as you like. I appreciate that a lot—if I’m buying something I need to wear every single day, I’m gonna take my time picking them out. Courtney helped me in-store and she was great! Very honest and a good salesperson, she obviously wasn’t trying to upsell me on features I don’t need. She helped me later over the phone when I called back because I forgot to order sunglasses. I was able to purchase prescription sunglasses in the exact same frames over the phone, because I had already been measured for them. Overall I had a great experience

I came to change my progressive lenses within the 1-year warranty program for which I paid about $44. I was unpleasantly surprised to be advised that on top of the above sum, I have to pay additional $25 as a "copay" - of which I was not advised at the time I purchased this "warranty/insurance". Additionally, I was told that I cannot keep the old lenses (the ones I have now) and which I planned to save for an emergency glasses I keep in my car. Yet another thing I was not advised of when the warranty/insurance was purchased. This is not an honest practice.

Andrea, salesgirl at the Southpoint store was super efficient helping me buy my glasses. Andrea was very helpful, truthful, not pushy and a lovely person. She is very professional. I would buy glasses from her again!
I wouldn't go to the Burlington store as I had very very bad experience and was not treated well. When my glasses arrived they were the wrong pair and they wouldn't even give me a refund.
Go see Andrea at the Southpoint store.
