Please don't use this company for anything!! im begging you to please not use them!! Your shipment will be rescheduled multiple times. I've had shipments that were supposed to be delivered to us and they had my 2 pallets sitting at their warehouse for 2 weeks, manager lied to me and said the shipment just got delivered, the tracking # says otherwise. I needed pallets picked up, did everything correctly, I put lift-gate needed and everything, they still rescheduled my shipment for multiple days then told me there liftgate was broken and we needed to choose a different company. I actually drove to their location in durham, the workers were on forklifts playing with their phones, management not doing nothing but on his phone. Imagine having a business that makes 4k+ a day and your shipment gets rescheduled for multiple days, tens of thousands of dollars worth of products just sitting, not getting sold because the trucking company assigned to you is unorganized, lazy and careless.

The driver we’ve had is super friendly. On our most recent shipment into Amazon, we were assigned Central Transport. We waited at our facility for 6 hours on pickup day. After 6 hours, we called Central Transport to make sure they were still coming and they told us the driver had been by earlier and reported that our facility was closed. Nobody from Central Transport knocked on our door. We were told they came by at 1:30. We checked our cameras and no truck pulled in at 1:30 or anywhere near that. We were told we would have to rebook for the Monday.First of all, if you show up for an appointment that was -rescheduled for at particular day and time, and you’re convinced the place is closed. Why would you not call the facility? The carrier has my phone number.I’ve canceled my shipment from Amazon and rebooked on my own through a more dependable carrier. I will do this any time Central Transport is assigned to our company.

DRIVER FORGED MY SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY RECEIPT!!! TWICE!!! NUMBER FOR RECEIVING WAS PROVIDED ON BOL FOR DOCK OR FORKLIFT ASSIGNMENT BUT INSTEAD DRIVER DUMPED FREIGHT IN THE DRIVEWAY, IN THE RAIN, FORGED A SIGNATURE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT, ADDED $300 IN FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO THE BILL AND TOOK OFF!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

CENTRAL TRANSPORT!On November 8th 2022 between 8-8:30am, a driver who was in Holly Ridge, NC went down Tar Landing Rd and completely bulldozed my road sign. My father and I were outside watching this very poorly skilled driver crush this sign, go into the ditch on the other side of the road, and while my father and I were waving him down, RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM, like a coward he sped off. I have been in touch with the accident report team, and this cowardly fellow HAS BEEN FOUND but says he never backed over the sign and therefore cannot pay me for the damages from YOUR POORLY SKILLED DRIVER :) CENTRAL TRANSPORT, I expect a check in the mail OR I am more than happy to get my lawyer involved. The driver was white male, middle aged, dark brown or black hair, with a dark facial beard.

Working for a huge parts dealer. Every part that has come through this company has been damaged run over or just tore slam up. The drivers have to be aware of the situation because Instead of finding someone to sign for it they drop products off in the most inconspicuous places for you to try and find it, only good thing is it's easy to find just look for the tore slam up box and you got your delivery.

This company is unbelievable, they're lairs, they keep making excuses about when they will deliver my product and they make it seem as though its not important to them!!! They tell you one thing and keep breaking their promises. I've been getting the same lousy excuses for 2 weeks

They were 10 days late with our shipment. Our pallet had was ruined from the rain and they didn’t even have a forklift to get it down. I called them almost everyday and they would put me on “hold” but end the call. Rude and unprofessional

Do not use this company. I ordered a large order from a supplier and this is the truck line they used. Tracking said it would be here Wednesday, every day since then I have called twice a day and they either say "this will be here tomorrow" "this is on the truck" "this is out for delivery"When you email you get the same rehearsed message and no real information.Its now looking like the shipment will be sitting in Durham for a week. Who knows how long. Choose another company

This shipping company is a joke. Tracking showed package was delivered to their warehouse two days and was to be delivered to make warehouse two days after that. Now they are telling me I have to wait another three days for my package because they don’t have a driver plus their warehouse is in the same town.

The Durham terminal is the worst terminal. the manager is horrible and Stuff never gets shipped on time he treats his employees like their nothing most of the product is always damaged or has been stolen I would highly recommend not to use this terminal in Durham Nc to work or handle your shipments

the most unreliable story changing business I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for a piece of freight since last Friday and keep getting told different stories. Even sent a driver to pick it up at the terminal and was told it was on the truck for delivery but the truck broke down and they didnt know where it was!!! The most unreal situation I have even been in.
