Run very professionally. We appreciated the flexibility to move out a couple of days into our rental and not be charged a full month. The facilities were great and we would use these folks again!

Brassfields on Western Bypass in Durham, NC is a great place to store goods. The staff was always helpful and welcoming. If I ever had to store things again, I would be happy to rent space from them again.

Don was very friendly and helpful at Brassfield Storage In Durham. The location was perfectly located just off the highway with easy access.

Brassfield on Western ByPass is the best and most professional storage area I have ever used. It is immaculate and very well run. The manager seems to be always there. He has helped me with various logistical issues countless times. I can recommend it enough!

I'm shocked to see that there is only one review for Brassfield Self Storage. As the one previous reviewer stated, their customer service is out standing. Don, the owner, really goes out of his way to make sure you are a happy customer. The employees are all very helpful as well. they really go above and beyond. We looked at Public Storage and was unimpressed. I continued looking and found Brassfield due to its proximity to Duke. I couldn't be happier with the summer storage unit. The units are climate controlled, the 2nd month is free, they offer a moving van to assist in your move at no extra charge, really, really amazing!! The units look new, and the facility is very well maintained. I will continue storing at Brassfiled over the summer for the duration of our daughter's college years. Thank you!!!

I went to the 2717 Western Bypass location to pay for my reservation to rent a storage unit to store clothing and a car. The storage unit had multiple rat traps, offensive rat urine and droppings. The desk service person and manager seemed to think that condition was OK, they didn't guarantee the condition of the location or stored items. They did not honor the reservation, and were not customer focused. I strongly recommend that any storage client who cares about their possessions find an alternative. I would never use or recommend that location again.

They don't get any better than this! These units are by far the cleanest, safest, best value, and best managed around! Even if they aren't the cloestest to you they are worth the extra drive to know your things are taken care of! I'll never go anywhere else!
