ABF Freight handled the shipment of my Upack relocube from the Midwest to NC. They dropped off the empty cube, picked it up after it was loaded, shipped it, and delivered it. I unfortunately don't remember the name of the person who dropped off the empty cube, but he was very accommodating and provided great service. Leonard delivered my relocube in NC and was very professional and provided exceptional service during the drop-off. I had an issue with Upack that caused my delivery to be stalled, and ABF put my dropoff on standby until it was resolved on the same day. I was glad and thankful they did that.

Absolutely flawless. Speedy delivery of a very large, VERY heavy load to a very remote area. All items were delivered in perfect condition, and the experience with customer service was terrific.

I recently bought a cabinet saw and the seller used ABF freight for delivery, and I must say that my experience with this company was terrific. First, the order tracking link was very accurate. Second, when I called the local office to arrange for delivery, the person I talked to was friendly and very helpful. Third, the delivery driver was outstanding! He went out of his way to get the palleted saw into my garage and helped me open it to make sure that there was no damage. If I ever need freight service again I would not hesitate to use ABF.

I stopped by today to pick up a item on the dock. This pick up was scheduled and they knew we were coming.I encountered the rudest employee I have ever met. Turns out, he is the manager according to an employee there. I didn't get his name but I will and report this incident to the corporateHe is and old grumpy man that should retire or be retrained on how to offer professional and courteous CUSTOMER SERVICE.A lady working there named Sharon was very professional and courteous unlike the manager and quickly resolved the problem inand we retrieved our shipment.Our supplier has choosen ABF to handle our deliveries for the coming year. Thereare over 250 items shipped annually.When I return for the next pick up, I will expect an apology and courteous, professional service from this so called MANAGER.After speaking to a lady named Sharon, who was very professional a

We used the ABF U-pack service for our transcontinental move. In general, I was satisfied with the service.What went well: the drivers were nice and professional; when we realized that we couldn't fit in the 2 ordered containers, the company provided the third one for a reasonable price; everything was delivered undamaged.What was not as good: containers are relatively small; delivery time was a couple of days longer than expected.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I was called by this local ABF terminal on a Monday to schedule my delivery for Thursday. They told us they would have my item delivered between 2-4pm that day. My wife took off work to be home since we had to sign for the delivery. They never showed up that day and never called to let us know they wouldn’t be showing up. We called the shipper to get them to contact them to fix it. A day later when we hadn’t heard anything from anyone to reschedule, I took it upon myself to call the local terminal and figure it out myself. A rude gentleman who didn’t state his name answered the phone and wasn’t apologetic for this issue and didn’t act like he cared at all that our time had been wasted. He then told me that he could reschedule for another day but that they could not provide a timeframe and that we would just need to be available to be at our home within an hour when they called. I explained to him that this wasn’t a possibility for us and that we had to be able to plan around a 4 hour timeframe and that they had already wasted our time by not showing up when they had originally scheduled the delivery. I told him I needed a timeframe because we weren’t going to take another day off for them to potentially not show up. He was extremely rude, clearly didn’t care about his job or our negative experience. He also tried to belittle me by saying “you know freight it a lot different than a UPS truck”..a cute comment for someone who deals with different freight companies on a regular basis
