Not a good review, but I do appreciate you hooking my truck up to the computer, woke up Friday morning and my truck was making a growling noise, 5 codes on the dash, mechanic said there was a gear on the back of my motor that came loose, tore up the main harness. “Truck is now junk” is what he said. No ones gonna pull apart that block including us. “Tow it outta here”. Towed it all the way back to hazleton Pa just to find out it was a bad fuel pump. Thanks guys

Placed a call to inquire if they had a trailer listed as being onsite at their location and was in for repairs - was being sent to pick it up and wanted to inquire all was good before making the drive - the gentleman who answered the phone was less than pleasant. Seemed quite irritated that I would call and inquire if the work was completed and in fact ready for me to pick up and after his attitude I finally mentioned why do you need to be so rude - he then said he wasn’t but acted like the company I was picking the trailer up for had the plague. Just a first bad impression of this business.

This place needs to get a better electrician mechanic. He may only be good to swapped a lightbulb and/or replace a battery. My truck broke down near this shop, therefore, he worked on my truck for two days. His solution was to change the computer and engine harness. Those two parts were going to be $5,345 + labor. I told him that my truck has to have a bad ground somewhere because my truck shut off when I hit a pothole which it did 4 time before I got to this shop. I called a different electrician mechanic. He was able to start my truck within one hour and 15 minutes of working on it. This shop looks very well and I think they are very good at other things but they definitely need a better electrician mechanic. My bill for the two days they spent trying to guess what the issue was, was over $1,000.

Not sure about the other bad reviews, but I've only ever had a great experience with Jake, Sammy, and crew. Jake runs a tight shop and doesn't put up with any B.S. Jake's fixed an electrical issue of mine that 2 other shops couldn't. Fast, good pricing and good customer service. Can't really say anything bad about these guys. Wish we had more shops that take care of O/Os like they do.

My advice if anyone wants to work here I suggest you not apply the owner is a straight Duece Bag yells at his employees because things he does doesn't work out... also you'll be the only one doing anything currently while his so called God Kid works there ND doesn't do anything all day but play on his phone... while he runs the rest like horses... He's extremely rude to his customers because it's more work than he can handle... the way I see it is screw that job I quit today because how he talks to me because another worker wanted my help and I was helping him he started yelling at me walking up on me like he was gonna hit me or something over some oil on a barrel that was completely fifty before I even started

Best diesel mechanic's ever! These guys are honest, dependable and get you back on the road asap. If your an owner operator and need your truck repaired or just a PM, this is the shop to go to. They can do it all, from a tire replacement to a complete rebuild. It is AWESOME to have GREAT mechanic's that I can rely on. This is the only place in NC that I trust working on my truck. You guys are AMAZING...THANK YOU for keeping me on the road!
