The store is so cramped and so overly full we were not able to get a stroller nor a wheelchair past the front door. Awful setup. Way too full of stuff. Couldn’t even shop because of the fact that 2 people with us couldn’t move around.

Extremely rude. I’m panicking so bad while writing this. Had full hands of merch I was trying to buy and they informed us they were closed. We said okay and proceeded to the register where she very rudely told us she had already shut it down for the night. We threw our merch on the floor and walked out. They had already locked us in. LOCKED US IN THE STORE. No one said they were closing soon when we walked in. I’m contacting higher ups. Their reviews are horrible and I’m not letting this go. They will be fired or shut down if it’s the last thing I do. NEGATIVE 5 STARS. never been to such an awful place and had found the perfect gifts and had to throw them down. Great products but you can get them anywhere. Please please do not go here!!!

staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. worst I've seen in my life. I've managed retail and been an associate and I have never once seen such a horrible experience caused by the employees. we walked in nearly at close apparently. I didn't notice a sign for the hours and was just shopping in the strip. employees were present, but didn't say anything. we picked up a couple shirts and were about to head out when a young girl walked up and told us they were closed and giggled and another employee giggled too. we said okay and proceeded to the register to check out and she informed us, not kindly "I already shut the register down for the night so I can't ring you up" to which we looked at her in shock, my sister tossed her things onto the counter and we stated how it was really weird and rude and went to walk out and realized they had already locked us in the store. this was tonight, this date. caused me a major panic attack I'm still having an hour later and I will be elevating this as far as possible. their employees caused a ptsd like panic attack for me tonight while I was just trying to enjoy my vacation. I hope they go out of business.

We normally love this store and their selection of items, but my daughter and her friend were shopping (first time I ever let them go alone) and they came back extremely shaken saying that one of the workers accused them of stealing a necklace. She said she knew they took it and made them shake out their purchases to prove that they didn’t. She kept insisted that she didn’t see them put it back. My daughter said they were the only two customers in the store and they were watched by the employees the entire time. I immediately went back to the store with my daughter to talk to the manager and she was rude and didn’t seem to care one bit that she would be losing our business (or others, as I told her I would be giving negative reviews everywhere I could and she said, “do what you need to do”). I will NEVER shop at this store again and hope others take their business elsewhere. Cotton Gin, Gray’s and Kitty Hawk Surf will be our go-tos from now on. Awful management and staff at the Duck location!?

Very cool store with a huge selection of hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts, and hats. They had tons of Yeti mugs in all kinds of colors too. Definitely like this place. The staff were very quiet and while the young lady was nice to us, I could definitely understand what others have said in their reviews too. My only personal negative is that its so densely packed that its hard to navigate, but still a great experience for us during the off season!
