“This team really cares and is often more available to help than my vets in Mooresville. I’ve maybe had a few times where I’ve felt ignored and charged way too much to treat my pup (she’s an especially rare type of “common allergy issues” type dog), but the majority of visits have been with kind hearted doctors and staff. Today I brought my super senior angel kitty in on short notice and they not only attended to, but loved on her (I swear, she weirdly seems to like vet visits and is a very chill indoor- only cat when at vet offices) and made us feel at home while they discussed realistic and humane options for treatment.
We don’t have a lot of options as my girl is now 18 and in stage 2 kidney failure, but we will keep her comfortable (as much as possible). When her quality of life goes down, I’ll make the humane call. But for that time between now and then, these folks get it ❤️. Great place to bring your loved ones.”

“Taking from the front office till Doctor, all are very polite, kind and receiving. Dr Kira saw my Shih Tzu. She is very patient, listened to what we were saying, she is informative, explained clearly on whats happening and options we got. Dr her self called both times to share the blood work report and on Follow up test also. I wish we knew this facility before. I would recommend this facility for anyone who care their pet to be cared by a Vet and the staff just as the owner.”

“I can’t say enough nice things about Dr Radley and the team at LakeCross! I really appreciate their upfront pricing, their trauma informed approach, and the care that they give to my dog Rooster! I was very nervous to find a new veterinarian in the area after having a few bad experiences locally and I can’t tell you how relieved I am to have I found this place. Not only did they let you stay with your dog for most of the appointment which is really important to me but they have a very soft approach and didn’t at all make me feel like I was being rushed out. 10/10 would recommend to literally everyone I meet! “Our Dog “Pink”, had a bladder stone that was causing her to have blood in the urine and she has was straining. We were looking for a Veterinary that could do the surgery soon, where we could be in contact with the Dr., feel like a family environment and reasonable priced. During our research we came across Faith Veterinary and Dr. Davis, we took our dog for a formal check up, he recommended to have surgery done, which was the best course of action due to the size of the stone. He scheduled the surgery for the same week, The surgery was successful, and now our Dog is doing well and peeing normal.We were very pleased with Dr. Davis , he is caring, compassionate and very Knowledgeable.”

“I’ve been entrusting my dog’s care to East Lincoln Animal Hospital since 2020, and although sadly we recently relocated and had to find a new vet, I just wanted to give a shoutout to the stellar care we received from Dr. Anderson. We had been dealing with a recurring issue for the last year or so, and despite relocating a few months ago, Dr. Anderson still called to check up on us and make sure my dog was doing ok. It means a lot to us that she would go the extra mile to reach back out even after we relocated circumstances ended our care with her. “I moved to NC after living my entire 25 years in AZ. The only hard part of my move was leaving my long time groomer of my two pups and their vet. I had worked for a rescue for years. So to say my vet & I were close was an understatement. Transferring to north meck I knew I had found their vet clinic the second I stepped in their beautiful welcoming facility. To say I was impressed coming from a small mom/pop vet back home was an understatement. But my review today comes from the love & care I received today after having to put my first pup to sleep after 15 years with him. He wa the most incredible pup and deserved the most dignified passing. Dr blackard helped me work through options & when they failed she was the most compassionate soul walking me through end of life care & giving me clarity on this decision. Unfortunately , she wasn't in today to be the one to help me say goodbye to cowboy. But Dr Renehan was. To say she treated my dog as one of her own is also and understatement. The way she spoke to me , my mom , and my pup walking us though everything and being as sensitive & loving as possible as if cowboy was her own changed my life. I didn't want cowboy to walk into the clinic as he hates being at the vet. They allowed me to do a beautiful peaceful passing out back on their grounds on a picnic table. He never was afraid. I believe in my heart that these two drs do what they do to give dog parents and their pets the most love possible during their hardest moments. Thank you for changing my life today. I can sleep tonight knowing cowboy left this world the way he lived it- peaceful , loving , and dignified.”

The staff is super friendly and the doctors have a wonderful approach to medicine and a love for animals that exudes from them. I will say that we have had a couple of bigger things with our dogs that we have had to go to other clinics for but for all of their vaccinations and small check ins this is the place to go. This is the first time I have ever found a clinic that has created a system that makes vet care affordable and for somebody that has five dogs that is incredibly important.”

Without a doubt, Dr. Alisha Fennell and her staff are one of the most caring, compassionate,, dedicated group of pet providers I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They are down to earth, professional, and take the time to get know their pet patients, as well as pet parents. I have been going there for several years now, and most importantly my pup loves her ! I even had an emergency and was routed to her business partner Dr. Adams and received the same level of care and treatment.... I even received a follow up call the next day, to inquire about my pup, see if I had any questions, or needed anything additional... You just dont find these kind of folks anymore. I would encourage anyone who has moved to the area, or are in need of quality pet care to make them you first choice!”

“I just wanted to leave a positive review because Dr. Stutesman and his staff deserve it. I came home to my pet basically unresponsive. I called them at 5:15pm and even though they were supposed to close at 5:30pm, they told me to bring him in. I had to wait for my wife to come say goodbye and they were very patient with me. They could have told me to bring him somewhere else but they didn’t because they are good people. We ended up putting him down around 6:45pm. They all stayed late to accommodate us. Dr. Stutesman is a great doctor and if I get another pet in the future, they will have my business. Thank you!”
