Arranged delivery and told agent I wouldn’t be available for part of the delivery window. They proceeded to call me multiple times when I was unavailable. Said they were going to take my stuff back and couldn’t find the house since I didn’t answer. After I was free I called the logistics and asked them if we were good did he have the directions of delviery. Of course he said yea we are good. I even emailed the day before and reiterated I wouldn’t be available and clear instructions on how to get in garage and leave the packages. I also put a sign at the end of the driveway with the address. Driver wouldn’t return any of my calls but showed up. He then proceeded to ignore my directions and just drop $8000 worth of stuff in the driveway. Wish people knew how to read directions. Horrible.

Dont deserve even 1 star for the customer service they have. Package was supposed to get delivered to my residential address but its been 5 days and I didnt get any delivery yet. I called for the update on whats the issue and the shipping address is a someone else's business address when it was supposed to come to my address. And they still say me its getting delivered to that address and I am the one who has to contact seller and figure out the issue, as well as pay the fee when there's nothing wrong on my end. How can you guys deliver the package which has a shipment issue on it. Worst customer service on the line.

If you want four days of missed appointments, hardly any communication, and broken items, well this is your company to ship with.I wish we could choose who some of the wholesalers ship with, but this warehouse is ridiculous with missing/lost pallets and poor communication on the clerk's side. Friendly people, but I wouldn't ever place my money on this warehouse to get my items where I need them on time, or to tell me they will be late.

Their customer service is awesome. I got someone on the phone about my delivery immediately and they were very helpful about scheduling my delivery. The delivery drivers was very professional and helpful.

My crate was very damaged upon arrival in North carolina. Was told that it would be about 400 dollars to ship my crate, when we went to pick it up it was more than doubled the price. Terrible experience overall.

I scheduled a pickup for 8/24/17. It was a prepaid return for electronics. The FedEx pickup confirmation receipt was taped to the box as well as the shipping label. It was on my porch all day. The last time I saw it was 4:00 pm. Kept waiting for the doorbell. No ring. Checked later and package was gone but NOTHING left from FedEx to confirm they actually picked it up. It is not showing up online. Called Cust Svv - ho help at all. UPS has it all over FedEx.

Bad customer service. Charge re-delivery fee when they ignore bill of lading to call to schedule delivery first. They held my shipment hostage until I paid an extra $150 fee because they do not follow instructions. Some of their drivers are very inexperienced as well and are unable to back their truck up unless they are in a commercial warehouse situation.

Since when does fed ex not knock on your door to deliever a package very bad experience had to call Wal-Mart and get a reorder because a stupid driver does not know how to deliever a package
