I went to Waves a while back at my mother's recommendation. The hair I left with was mediocre at best. My mother has gone there for 14 years, also with average hair but with loyalty to the salon after developing a relationship with the staff however; recently was turned away for services by the owner Kathy Kavin quite rudely with no explanation. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who wants really good results or to be treated with respect.
