I love this location! I can sometimes be an impulsive Amazon shopper and tend to take numerous packages back at one time. When visiting, being greeted by Joe is amazing! His smile and personality is very welcoming. While scanning my 8+ packages to return ?, he has really good conversation and he even picks up conversations we’ve had weeks ago – very impressive memory LOL! All-around, customer service is great! I can tell he has great rapport with every customer that walks in the store as well as the couriers and that’s another plus! I’m always in and out and look forward to seeing him again.

Store 2193 in corneilus at 19701 Bethel Church Road Suite 103 in Corneilus is ABSOLUTELY amazing! JT goes above and beyond to provide every customer including the UPS & USPS drivers with superb customer service. Honestly, he sets the bar so high I don’t think there’s anyone in the Lake Norman, Huntersville, Morrisville area at a UPS STORE or any other mail retailer or company that can compare to all that JT brings to the table. Hands down he’s what makes me and I’m sure others keep coming back to this UPS STORE LOCATION. JT thanks for your outstanding and professional service you give to all of us that walk through the door!

I have had amazing experiences at this location while shipping packages. As well as with questions about shipping supplies. I’m usually helped by Lauryn and/or JT, who provided me with excellent service and recommendations to accommodate my needs for shipping paintings safely.I will definitely be frequenting this location just for the customer service alone!

I moved to the area in 2020. Hands down, this is absolute BEST UPS STORE I have ever visited! I have always been greeted with a smile and treated respectfully. Because of my schedule I usually squeeze in right before closing time. (Annoying I know). JT NEVER rushes my transaction. Instead, he provides engaging conversation and superior customer service. His level of professionalism is unmatched. If JT is unavailable, Lauryn jumps into action with her million dollar smile and kind demeanor! JT and Lauryn are definitely a WINNING DUO!PS - The 3.9 Customer Ratio is definitely a fluke!!!
