Reid is probably one of the best stylist that I have had cut my hair in years. I am bold and not afraid to try different hair styles. I show him what I want and he cuts it perfect every time. I am new to the area and it’s always good when I find my perfect stylist. Thanks Reid and team. Your Amazing!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! My hair is BREAKING OFF IN CLUMPS from my experience with Reid. My once healthy and thick hair now looks shrivelled up, FRIZZY beyond belief, and DEAD. Reid was recommended to me by my mother who used to claim he was the best hair colourist in the area until she saw what he did to my hair. During the 20 minute consult, I asked for a very classic brown to dark blonde ombré. I wasn't happy that he started dry brushing my curly hair without asking, and I wasn't expecting to have my hair look like a frizzy mess after just a consult from someone who supposedly understood curly hair, but I bit my tongue and let him do what he had to to evaluate my hair. Reid was enthusiastic about how confident he was in his ability to give me what I want. Come time of the appointment, Reid was rough and AGGRESSIVE, pulling my hair SO HARD that he was pulling me out of the chair, and even his assistants were telling him to calm down because he was obviously HURTING ME. He PLOPPED bleach on my hair with no technique, no foils, and not in the right places, and the dark temp colour he INSISTED on using MELTED DOWN MY FACE. At the end, my hair looked dry and absolutely nothing like what I had asked for. When I told him he didn't do what I ask, he THEN decided to tell me HE DIDN'T FEEL CONFIDENT THAT HE WAS ABLE TO DO WHAT I REQUESTED. So this man knew he couldn't do what I wanted, pretended he could, didn't even try, and put chemicals on my hair just for fun. The products he used in my hair for "styling" are horrible quality that weigh your hair down and make everything feel sticky, and he tried to send me home with those awful products to make me feel better about what he did to my hair. I spent YEARS working on my hair to make it as strong and as healthy as it was when I walked into his hair salon, and in two short hours, Reid brought me back to square one. My hair is breaking off in clumps, especially on the top of my head by my part line. I don't even know where to start with damage control. Save your hair and your money, don't come here.
