This review is for a new vehicle vibration we took delivery of a 2023 ram 3500 cab and chassis with a service hauler, body on it driving on various road conditions excessive vibration between 60 and 70 miles an hour brought the vehicle back twice to be checked and was told it was test driven no issues found Took one of the managers for a ride. They experienced the issue and said it was not normal brought The vehicle back was told the tires were road forced balanced, and good comeback and test drive went back and test drove still the same issue at that time spoke with the technician and the road force balance was still borderline in the red indicating defect of some sort with the tires, Mike Butera jumped in on the conversation and was able to go ahead and get with Parts Had new tires ordered and replaced on the vehicle under warranty test vehicle. No issues problem was resolved. Will return to work with Mike

I am giving this business two stars now, but I will update/repost when I get my truck back from this place for the third time.I am currently dealing with this business for a Dodge Ram 1500 used truck I purchased and brought to this business to perform their 100 point world class inspection. I have never owned a Dodge before so the most logical place to take the vehicle to inspect and tell me what was wrong is the dealer in my opinion. I dropped the truck off one morning and a short time later I received a call/text that my vehicle was ready and it checked out fine. I asked the service adviser, Sal, did they look at the transmission pan because it was leaking and he said 'no', they did not see that. I then asked if they put the truck on a lift and inspect it to which he told me they just inspected it on the ground. At that point I asked to speak with the service Manager, Brian Johnson. He got involved and promised me they would go over my truck with a fine tooth comb and he would get back to me. When he did (several weeks later), it was to the tune of $5000.00 worth of replacements and repair work. After I picked my truck up and drove it home and backed it up in my driveway, I noticed the entire passenger side had been damaged. I took the truck back and initially, Brian denied the damage had been done while in their possession, but eventually conceded he said they would repair the damage. Some several weeks later, I picked my truck up again, but only to have to return it again. This time the reason being that I was unable to get the truck aligned when I took it in to an alignment shop. The mechanic took me into their shop area where my truck was on a lift and showed me why he was unable to perform an alignment. What he shoed me was the shoddy work that had been performed on my truck by Lake Norman dodge Commercial Center. I took pictures and video taped everything that was shown to me and I immediately took my truck back to Lake Norman Dodge Commercial Center. I am currently waiting to get word when my vehicle has been fixed...again. I will keep you posted when I do.

Words cannot express how deeply disappointed I am in this business, but I’m going to try. I bought a Jeep Gladiator at parks Chevrolet in May, but one of the hydraulic lifts for the soft top kept popping off every time I would close it and was eventually referred to this commercial center. The first time they attempted to repair it they left me without a vehicle for several days. When they were done they assured me “they tested it a hundred times” before calling me. When I got there, literally the first time I tried to open the same thing happened in front of the service manager. This time I was given a loaner car because they had to order new parts and was going to take over a week. Well over a week went by and I had to call multiple times to get updates. When they said it was finished, they brought it back to my house with their valet and the same thing happened again. First time…popped off. So the valet just took it back. They eventually just ended up replacing the whole thing but took over TWO MONTHS to complete this simple repair. And to top of the unprofessionalism of this clown show, I received toll pass invoices for the two times their valet brought me back my truck. Brian (the manager) assured me I would be receiving compensation checks but that was also almost a month ago. Stay away from this place. I’m going to copy this review on every platform I can think of to make sure as many people can read it as possible.

Brought brand new (1yr old) truck in for a couple issues - clogged windshield wiper nozzles, and 2 recalls. Recalls had no parts availability, not their fault - I get it. Nozzles they said were not warranty claim but then tried to charge me a diag. fee. after enough complaining they removed the diag. fee but then acted like they were doing me a favor. Ended up inspecting nozzles myself (which takes about 3 minutes to remove) and just ordered new Mopar ones to the tune of about 42 dollars shipped. They were claiming washer fluid was mixed with something (doubtful since all of our fleet trucks use the same fluid and all from the same supplier - over 500k miles logged with same fluid and no issues like this ever)Case in point they just wanted to nickel and dime me on a brand new 85k vehicle instead of trying to earn my future business. I understand some things they simply cannot cover by warranty but then they wanted me to call up some number and HOPE that stellantis would agree to cover charges etc. We normally do all maintenance in house but the location and convivence made the commercial center a VERY enticing choice...not so much anymore. I understand if I was trying to get a free transmission or new turbo etc but we were talking about parts that not only were cheap, but CLEARLY have a design flaw. After talking to both service advisor and manager its evident they knew exactly the issue and that it was common. All of this for 42 dollars in parts and 15 minutes of labor.. We need 2 more trucks for 2024 and they most certainly will not be coming from here. Thanks for the headache guys, if I knew this would be that much of an issue I would have just fixed it myself the first time and not wasted 3 hours of my day on this nonsense.

I went in for an oil change; they said I need front rotors. I had a big trip coming up so I agreed to it. I took the old rotors and had them turned and measured, they still had 50% of their life. A couple of years later just before I hit the 100K mark. I go in for a serpentine belt and oil change and ask them to look for an oil drip. I get a bill which read "drip $2300" and $700 in other you should do stuff. I took my 3500 to another regional franchise and they determined I needed an oiler cooler gasket for around $600. Sal and the team down there are not honest. IMO

Wow! If the CDJR dealers by me back home were upfront, kind, & honest with what to expect timing and cost wise I might actually consider buying another Jeep. This place needs to train Stellantis corporate. ?

Daniel O. was super communicative about what was going on during my car’s repairs. I received prompt responses and was treated with the utmost kindness. He explained what was going on when I didn’t understand, but didn’t talk down to me like most others have.I will definitely be back. :)

Really dishonest company. Expect to pay over $3000 for a $300 part.
