My mother, who is apparently not a valued customer, just had to cancel the phone number she's had for 54 years!! They would not replace the line to her house unless she paid for it. A lady on a fixed income vs a 2 billion dollar company. They were already charging close to $70 per month for nothing but a basic local phone plan. I feel like the fact she has paid on time, monthly for 54yrs, would cover the cost a new line. Their line! 54 years! Despicable!

I’ve had every internet provider over the years and this company is by far the absolute worst, which says a lot. However I was forced to use them for a few years as they were the only provider in my area at the time. When we first signed up the install guy was watching videos on how to set up the internet and brought the cables through an air vent running it through my air duct! Complete moron. They never came back to fix it once I discovered his handy work, leaving it for me to do. When I canceled my service they continued to bill me after the fact. Took multiple calls with different reps to fix the issue. Some of the customer service reps they outsource to are very narcissistic and you can tell they completely hate the job they chose. They also go up on your bill monthly little by little a few dollars at a time so you don’t notice or take action but when asked why, they still blame Covid/inflation even though their CEO’s salary has increased every year. Funny how when I brought it up the increases magically stopped. Terrible corrupt company with incompetent employees. Not to mention their internet quality is stuck in the stone ages. I'm cancelling my services on my rental property as well. No need to respond I won’t read it and will never be back.

This service is the worst. Definite buyer beware, they start you off low and tell you this will be price after promotion and then they keep jacking the amount up. Just called to disconnect and since my plan runs from 27 Jan to 26 Feb I will be charged full amount 89 dollars! Ridiculous! Even though she was going to try and lower it for me to stay with them.

Horrible Internet! Never wants to work, streaming is always a problem. You have to reset the router so many times for it to actually work. It’s been a constant issue from day one. I would never recommend Wind stream to anybody for your computer or streaming television

Lucas from Windstream came today to fix our lack of dial tones on our land line phones and then began setting us up with high speed fibre optics instead. He was kind and clear about the process, efficient, and we look forward to him finishing up tomorrow.

We got fiber two years earlier than we expected, because Kinetic is really progressing. Our technician was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I've always had good conversations with folks in the app if we had questions.

Well I've been waiting on $200 gift card that they promised me for 3 months that they said I would receive in a month. I'm very upset and frustrated about it their service has been good but they're promised to complete their guarantee has been horrible that's why they get a one for me. I've had to call them four times about this gift card that I supposed to receive and got different answers from everyone. I am very frustrated about this situation it is not fair to me to have to call to remind them they're supposed to send me something they promise.
