I’ve brought my vehicle for maintenance and service at this location couple of times, so far I have been pleased with the service. My most recent visit, I was helped by Mr. Reece. He’s very nice accommodating, and has a smiling face. As a customer, these are delighting traits when you bring your car for maintenance where you have to wait at least an hour and a half. It makes a difference when you are greeted by someone with a smiley face compared to being greeted by someone with a long face, who looks like they just want to get it over with, and does not want to answer your questions.

Always a good experience. I only use Hendricks Kia of Concord Service Dept and it is because they are the best. Brandon Owens is my service rep, and he always takes great care of me and my vehicles. Excellent customer service, excellent quality work, and exceptional complimentary services like an Uber home and back to pick up when dropping off vehicles for service. This dealership delivers, always great deals, lots to choose from, top knotch personalized service , and as I said, the absolute best service department. High tech gear, professional staff, modern , clean, and friendly good people.
