Good Day to All Hard working truckers.
Here is My experience with this shop. So, besides these people are "honest", "friendly", "helpful" etc., you may read in other "five stars" reviews here some more details may help You to avoid be trapped in this "shop".
One of my Dry Vans got loose air skirts, and because of that, one side turn signal is missing (Sounds not a big deal, right?), I've called a few shops in the area, however these guys told me over the phone they'll get my guy in right away and the rate per hour is 150$, it's bit to high but due to we had a pick up appointment for this driver we agreed to pay 150$ per hour, and the mechanic (Eathon ) said it will be a Couple of hours labor...
After about two hours Eathon called me and said the payment is more than 600$. I asked him why it is such a big amount if we agreed for couple of hours, there were no delays it was pretty simple thing to do, I could pay three hours for labor with no problems, but he said it should be over 600$.
Unfortunately I got it too late what was the "honest" and "friendly" people... So, I requested to talk to his manager, and he transferred me over to Heather, and I asked her how is that possible to charge more than 600$ for skirt removal, after we agreed for a couple hours of labor (the mechanic really spent no more than 90 minutes to work on our trailer). Heather said the Couple of Hours it was an interpretation of some time....
That means they may charge you for 5 hours or 7 hours or 10 hours of labor, why not ? Instead of 2-3 hours as agreed because of interpretation.
I explained her that we are working hard to earn the money and that is not good and not fair to do such a things, I could send my driver to any other shop in the area, there were a lot of options. But only because of this shop was closest , all positive reviews and mechanic was confident on our agreement made me to bring my trailer here. Also they got my phone number, if there are any delays or changes they could call me to let me know but ...they never did.
Finally, Heather agreed to charge 524$ for this simple repair,
However the lights on the back of the trailer stopped to work after they touched turn signal wires, I asked them to check it please before my driver leave, but these "honest", "Friendly", "helpful" mechanics said Yes we will check this, but we need more money.
Some people work hard to earn the money, they treat customers honestly and they want to be treated honestly, but unfortunately some businesses want to get all your money right away, and they do not care about agreements, reputation, they do not care what is gonna happen after this, they just want by any possible way charge you right now as much as they could.
Guys, I paid you full amount as you requested, You got your money 524.64$. But remember, some people has more important values then just the money!
Hopefully nobody else will get in to this nasty situation after reading of this review.

P.S. I've sent my trailer to the Great Dane dealer due to lights does not work on the back of the trailer, and the dealer machinic said it was wrong turn signals installed and wired it wrong as well. The hot wire was plugged to the ground line..
Also dealer installed turn signals and brackets.
Eathon at H and H just DRILLED THE BOTTOM RAIL to install the turn signals. All pictures attached.
Anybody who thinks to fix the equipment in this shop.... Good luck to you, guys.

Worst service ever. I initially had my truck towed here and told them I need the turbo checked out. After waiting for my truck, patiently & politely following up regularly to learn that there’s been no change and/or they haven’t had time to look at it, I decided to bring elsewhere. Tracy had no remorse, just attitude and had the audacity to tell me ‘never call the towing side on my behalf’ after repeatedly getting no return calls or a follow up text. Then after 7 full weeks of being at their shop, I decided I will have my vehicle towed elsewhere, to learn they replaced a 10” hose, a bolt and 2 hose clamps and that’s going to cost me $350+ (2 hrs) for something that has nothing to do with the Turbo. When I informed him it’s been 2 months and requested that he show me that he replaced the items, he informed ‘I’m making him mad.’ I could understand if you told me from the beginning you’re about 6-8weeks out until you can look at it. But when you fail to communicate & catch an attitude when your customer wants answers- you clearly need to learn Business 101 & Customer Service Skills. Bad service, lie about what they can do, and after they can fix my vehicle, they try to charge me $2500.00 for storage when they can get it fix, I just let them keep my car, I feel like they stole my vehicle.. so sad people stolen things like that.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
