Horrible. Went to the minute clinic at 12. Prescription would be an hour. Left and came back at 530, drive through was closed. Went inside, waited an hour with 2 young children, just for them to say it would be 2 more hours and be very rude when I asked them to switch to my normal pharmacy. Honestly worse ppl I have dealt with in a while

Pharmacy is always out of stock on common prescriptions....everything is always on backorder. I was told to call myself around to other CVS to see if they had the required medications. I did call the first one, on Union St. They had everything I needed and were very pleasant. Transferring all prescription requests to that store.

Love this pharmacy! Unfortunately my new health insurance doesn't have CVS listed as a Preferred Pharmacy, so I've had to switch my RX to Walgreens :(

I dropped off my prescription through the drive through and was told it would be ready in about 1hr. I have been waiting in the parking lot and I have covid!!! The girl that took my prescription didn't say to wait anywhere, just shut the sliding door. Another woman asked if I needed anything and I told her I was waiting on my prescription. She laughed at me and said just wait in the parkinglot and they'd call me when it's ready. Here I am 1.5 hrs later and the pharmacy is closed for lunch. I have never had this issue with this place!! I am throughly disgusted!!! I cannot wait to get their names so I can contact corporate!! What a PIS the young Mexican girl is!! I'm coming for you girl!!

After being released from the hospital due to pneumonia, this place forgot to fill my maintenance inhaler prescription. I picked up all my meds after discharge, and was never notified that this inhaler had been filled or not.Not aware I was supposed to have this medication for asthma maintenance, I ended up back in the hospital and was notified one of my prescriptions was NEVER filled. DO NOT use this place as your pharmacy and put your health in jeopardy, they are severely understaffed and the staff they do have are very careless and rude.

My wife had a surgical procedure and we were at our daughter's in Concord for one night. A prescription for antibiotics was called to a pharmacy in our home town 2 and a half hours away. She needed two pills to begin the prescribed doses until we could get home in the morning. They weren't helpful and droped the call.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Go to any other pharmacy but CVS. Doctor prescribed a medication, apparently on back order. Won't transfer rx to another CVS that has the medication. It's been 2 days and no rx. Not even when they'll have it. Not the first time this has happened. I'll be transferring all of our precriprions to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy in Concord! They said they were 48 hours behind on filling prescriptions today!Previously to this, notified by automated message that Rx was ready. Went to to pick up, drive through was closed with note advising to pick up inside. Went inside, pharmacy tech said the Rx had not been filled but I could wait. While waiting, same thing happened to two other customers.Pharmacy staff has changed. Current staff is rude, indifferent, and possibly stupid. This store won't be open much longer!

Girl working the pharmacy register says she doesn’t have an attitude but rolls her eyes at the customer, so yes, you do have an attitude. Learn some respect and treat your customers in a professional and courteous way or find a job that doesn’t require people skills.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. We lost our insurance and while that was really upsetting, my first thought was genuinely "well at least I won't have to get my prescriptions from CVS anymore"If you're coming here to pick up a prescription after they called you saying it was ready, plan for at LEAST an hour wait. That's what happens every time we go. They've finally just closed the drive through lane, I assume because they just weren't serving people in the lane anyway. Last time I was there, I waited in the line for about 15-20 minutes before I was told they had no prescriptions for me. Then they told me they did have two, but they weren't ready (even though, again, THEY called ME). I left and came back fifteen minutes later and waited in the line again, for the person to tell me it would be ready in fifteen minutes. I came back fifteen minutes later, and was told to wait just fifteen minutes longer. Finally they had ONE ready, and told me they never had two, just in time for someone to steal my wallet. They then told me they can't check the cameras, and wallets get stolen from their store all the time. Oh, I also got followed by someone screaming to myself here once. I genuinely don't have anything nice to say about this store other than the fact that the employees in the front are always super nice.

On hold without speaking to anyone for 1 hour and 40 minutes for the pharmacy. Person in front of me in line said they were 2 hours on the phone without speaking to someone. Just so everyone knows, apparently it takes at least 8 hours to fill prescriptions here now. Used to, I could get something sent by doctor, drive there and pick up immediately which would be 15 minutes at the most. Place is a complete joke. Looking for another pharmacy.

This place was decent when Roy was there..But Now its a complete Side Circus in there! The Prescription Drive thru line wait is 30+ Minutes but Normally its closed, They're Rude,Unorganized,purposely ignores calls and Walk in customers..I know this because I sat there waitng forever and saw how they ingore calls and customers needing their meds. I'm on hold right now for 38+ minutes as I Write this review! My family called me and said Those employees are Rude. I'm just going to move myself And my family to another pharmacy. My Mother told me it was awful how they talked to her Tuesday!Cathrine (The Pharmacist)has a disgusting personality! She hates working for CVS and it shows!!! I Wish I coud give 0 stars!!!
